Let me tell you something, I had already made a stop at another location and after a valid denial of a return on a pair of headphones, I went back to the original store, the one I had purchased the headphones at the day before and was greeted by a gentleman named Matthew. See, what I didn’t know, and this was after I just got done complaining about the service I got the day before was, that Matthew was the man I had been dealing with.** what I’m trying to point out is that this man not only took what I had to say with a genuine ear, continued to be hospitable( while I ran my mouth), opened the store when it was clearly closed, excepted my apology (didn’t have to) when I realized that it was just me having a bad day yesterday and it had nothing to to with this man at all, (need to check my head space). Matthew worked with me still, and went above and beyond with the level of costumer service he provided and my hat is off to this man for how he presented himself the whole time. He didn’t have to help me but he did anyway.
Definitely return here for future purchases

One store says my controllers are good, the next says they're defective just to lower the trade value. Take your money elsewhere.

Just had the absolute best encounter with a manager today while my daughter and picked up a new game. Every single time we come in my daughter is offered free swag from the game she is receiving and it makes the whole experience so much better than buying online. When my kids see a GameStop they want me to pull over just like when they see the Golden Arches.
Thank you GameStop, and thank you to the manager today (she had super blue eyes, didn’t catch her name) for being a solid place in the community to buy games and to have an awesome experience while doing so.

Gamestop is a bad place to find collectibles. I pre ordered something online and it was sent and sold at another store and is no longer available for purchase. Should have just went to the scalpers instead of wasting my time at Gamestop.

Matthew is so nice and helpful! Always get the warranty on your game controllers. My bf plays Fortnite and the game stop controller warranty saves us a lot of money. It's only $10 now too! It was 20 before. This store is stocked and loaded. Thank god.

I come at 6:15pm and there’s a “be back in 30 minutes” sign on the door I waited for no less then 5 minutes and a lady comes out and starts locking it behind her, so I ask her how much longer and that I wanted to do a phone trade in. She tells me that she’s not working (cash in hand probably just cleared the register of the big bills) and says a man her employee will be back in about 15 minutes. I wait another 25 minutes it’s 6:50 when he comes out of pizza patron and starts unlocking the door doesn’t acknowledge that I’m even their leaning against the pillar and goes in and locks the door 2 minutes later he comes out there’s now 3 different people waiting and one the guys is like how much longer “25 minutes from now he says” and starts walking away and I’m like yo I’ve already been waiting for over 30 minutes doesn’t acknowledge me and walks back to the pizza patron comes out 3 minutes later pizza in hand and is like what do you guys “want and I can tell you if I have it.” The other guys go and then I say I want to do a trade in for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. And he says “ my touch pad on the machine isn’t working I can’t do trade ins” really you’re manager that just left wasn’t made aware of that? Waste of time hate this location it’s always something here I live 4 blocks away I like the closeness I can ride my bike faster then I can drive my car there most of the time with the traffic but seriously get your store together. Buy a new engenico lane 5000.

Went in to do some trade in and was told no. Guys did greet us but never once looked up. Should have just gone to my usual store GameStop. Waste of time.

I ordered an Xbox online for my friend and there was some complications with the pickup person after purchase. Matthew Stepped in and gave me the proper number Of who the Contact And we Got It all worked out. Thank you again matthew for your patience ,cooperation and guidance and how to handle this properly and get a result.

I have Been to this location many times and as of today Nov 3, 2023 this is now the 4th time this store has been locked up earlier than posted closing hours, while an employee can clearly be seen standing inside the store. The time was 7:46 pm. Enough time surely to buy 1 game in which I already had picked out prior to coming. I called the store 3 times. The employee ignored the calls each time. Finally I knocked on the front window to get the attention of said employee to which I was met with them looking at me and just shaking their head and gesturing me to go away. I will not shop here ever again.

I ordered an action figure online from a helpful employee and there was an employee who was not working that day but he was to the side just hanging out so I call a couple days later to see if I can return the action figure that I had ordered cuz it hadn't been delivered yet so I was trying to see if I could stop delivery and they told me I had to wait until I got it which was fine so when I got it I had my wife return it because I had to work and the employee gave my wife a hard time and he lied and said that I said the action figure was for her which was not true which shouldn't matter anyway so I go in two days later to see if it's still there and they said it was sold and he told me that my wife said to not sell me anything and the employee said that he can't sell me anything again and I asked my wife and she said she said nothing of the sort she said he made her feel uncomfortable when she's returning it and he said if my wife returns one more thing she's blacklisted and I don't think legally even if my wife did say that that would hold up so the employee lied to my wife and myself
