We are not a hardware store. We are an electronic contract manufacturer doing build to print electromechanical assembly of cables, harness, boxes, racks and PCBA's. I am not sure who to get google to change our description.

Electronic assembly $11.50/hour (cutting and connecting cords). White workers - in a separate room only. Main department: 100% Latino/Hispanic and Black (no one white face at all). At-will agreement. Benefits (401 + dental) after 90 days. "Main person" has some specific lines in his character. For example: a calm voice usually sounds extremely loud for him, but he is comfortable with noisy environment in his main department. Typical situation, "main person": "Hush! Hush!", you: "But it is load here, employees cry all the time", "main person": "But what I can do with it?. He is ~ 80 years old. His employees try to help him to save money and fire not appropriate guys (I understand it like they really have some doubts in his mental capacity). A/C, sitting job, coffee (free) and 2 slices of pizza plus coca-cola once per month. Strange company, to say the least. But maybe it is a good match for you. Be the right person (read above).
