wish I could rate them zero stars nobody showed up for the appointment and impossible to get ahold of someone via phone or online. Their customer service could not be worse do not use this company ever.

Horrible installation job period damaged my vehicle in the tune of $4000 parts and labor. After my car was in The Body Shop to be repaired. It took almost a month to be repaired due to poor communication with Safelite to my body shop and multiple part orders from safelite. I used Caleb as my auto technician- he did an outstanding job, not only was he reliable, on time he communicated every step of the process from start to finish. People like Caleb are the reason why safe lite is in business today!
