McDowell Rd store on October 31, 2024 and Jesus Lopez was very helpful and instrumental in finding the proper colours and furnishings for me. Today, November 1, 2024 I worked with Mona to finish my furniture purchases here at Mor. She was very helpful, kind and upfront with all of the details. I bought the rest of my residential furniture from her and left happy knowing I would have my furniture delivered on the promised day and time. Mor will call and text with the customer the day before ones furniture is to be delivered in order to coordinate a firm time window. I really appreciate the call for a confirmation and a text as well. They have a white glove delivery process which helps keeps ones new furniture from being scratched or damaged. “I went in over Memorial Week looking to buy a mattress and frame. I had the original purple mattress that i bought about 8 years ago and saw they had a store now. The sales rep Sabrina ( i think they're called sleep geniuses) was very helpful, and I felt no pressure buying a mattress. She explained the science behind all the new Purples beds and helped me choose the mattress and bed frame that was right for me! Excellent service and very friendly!”

“Great store. Lots of refurbished things new and not many antiques. What I have no respect for is people buying thing and then reselling for double. A vendor selling a fake plant for double of what it cost at Big Lots,. I know because I bought 2 for the price this vendor wanted for 1. No vintage or antique about it that plant. Buyers, beware before you buy that's all....”
“Neat store but they charge a fee to use a credit card . I had about $70 worth of items and they wanted to put a $3 fee on top of that. I have shopped there a couple other times over the years without this being an issue. Other stores in that strip mall did not charge a fee for purchases of significantly less. I have asked my credit card company about these fees in the past and they said it is unethical. Stores should price their items at appropriate prices to cover their costs instead of adding a fee. Not sure that I will bother shopping there again or not as I rarely have cash and will likely forget to stop at an ATM. Plenty of competition that doesn't slap on fees.”
“I purchased a nice Black 4 Chair Dinning Table in 2020 when I had moved back to Phoenix, Arizona.A nice saleswoman then I met the owner a nice guy,I thought about buying all my furniture from Westside,The owner said I could pick furniture from their Catalog & they would order for me.On my first Visit I ask about a discount,if I recall right he gave me a discount.I was impressed with Westside Selection of Furniture, For years from seeing Westside Furniture Cheap/Reasonable Advertising in Phoenix New Times Weekly Newspaper I assume they only sold cheap furniture.I Paid $550.For a nice dinning set that was delivered,On my way out the door I told the owner to make sure The saleswoman gets her Commission,he said she would,,He had interrupted & started to talk to me.Nice Furniture At Westside Furniture, Excellent Customer service.”
