I have experienced the most patient and caring people at Fry’s (and Pharmacy) on Hatcher and Cave Creek in Phoenix. They have been very busy and yet they have demonstrated patience beyond all limits. They usually have most items needed but the staff is sometimes kind of rude. During one trip, a woman who appeared to be a manager (gabby, maybe?) told me it wasn't her job and to ask a cashier when I asked her a question. It was frustrating and I went through a few people before finally getting any help.
