Usually my favorite pharmacy, extremely disappointed. Today my daughter woke up with conjunctivitis and we needed her medications. I called fry’s pharmacy dealt with someone named ginsung who hung up on me the first few times I called, then when answered had a lot of attitude and kept cutting me off. Then after going back and forth with him and my insurance I gave him information he requested only for him to pissed off groan and say “omg I’ll just call them myself” I won’t be returning here.

Always have problems getting my family’s prescriptions here. I honestly don’t think they know what they are doing. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with!!

Got a text message that my child’s medication was ready. I get there and they say they don’t have it and need 15 minutes to fill it. This is not the first time this has happened. Several times they have waited to fill the script until I’m standing right in front of them despite sending texts that it’s ready.

They claim they are a drive thru, they close down the blinds when they don't feel like dealing with customers thru the drive thru line. Severely sick with kids and the last thing i want to do is go inside - they will also say your prescription is also ready and have you wait for another 30-40 mins.

The staff is quite nice, the facility is nice, but it goes down hill fast after that. Getting new rx filled takes too long ( days, not enough staff ). Worse is the dialer that calls to tell you your rx is ready. When I get there they tell only 1 of the 3 that I called in at the same time is ready. It will days for the other two! ?♂️ Much like with the Borg, complaining is futile! Of course, what is really frustrating is when the dialer calls to tell you rx is ready, and there is no rx waiting at all! And then we should mention the drive thru that is closed more often than it is open! Will be moving to another pharmacy.

I hate to be this person, but this is the second time the pharmacy has been inconsistent. BOTH times I have called ahead to have my prescription filled so when I go pick it up it would be ready for me. BOTH times I've gone two days after the date I was told it would be ready and BOTH times it has not been ready. The wait time is also ridiculous. I waited almost 20-30 minutes for my medication to be filled. Today when I went the line to wait for the medication was long. I asked the lady at the front desk if they could have it filled by tomorrow, And she said I will try. TRY? I also asked if calling ahead of time is pointless since it doesn't make a difference if it was filled or not. I normally don't say anything and just kinda let it be. I work in the medical field and understand how crazy it can get, but I'm very disappointed that this is how it is consistently. I definitely don't recommend using this pharmacy. I am transferring my prescription elsewhere.

Everytime I call to have my prescription filled I'm always immediately put on hold. This past time I called they immediately put me on hold and didn't even acknowledge my call until 10 minutes in just to tell me that they were putting me on hold again. Waited over 20 mins before someone finally answered, for a refill that took less than 10 seconds to place

It’s been several months now with the drive-thru window closed, due to being short staffed. Get it together fry’s, pay your employees and prospective employees more because this is getting out of hand. Figure it out.
