I have epilepsy so I had to get a ride to this store. I went to the customer service desk to pick up a Western Union transaction. The cashier told me they would not allow me to receive the money because they have had problems with fraud. I have used similar phrases when I thought someone was a thief. Not enjoying being accused of fraud I requested a manager. Several minutes later a "manager" arrived. I explained to him that I would like to have the money sent to me and they list them selves as a a Western Union location even having a sign outside. Instead of knowing whether or not they could receive money or checking to see if they could receive money he simply asked the same cashier what they did.She of course told him no they don't. To much fraud. Again being accused of being a thief. I then asked for the general manager. Jacob came by shortly and told them that they do allow people to receive money. At this point I was done however and left. I didn't want them having my personal information. I had to get another lift to a different store to get my money. I was able to get home in time to take my medicine though.

This Pharmacy is well managed and staff is friendly even when busy. They are actually available by phone! Check site for latest info on hours as they close for lunch at some stores.

I am biased because I have worked for Fry's They run a diverse community of individuals who span all age groups. From Hs to Seniors. I am a senior. There is no discrimination ! Inclusion at all levels from Store Manager to Front End Supervisor to Mid Level supervisors The values they offer on their food , spirits and pharmacies saves customers "Real Savings." I for one save of Gasoline fill-Ups by $1.00 per gallon. Most of my food Purchases are made at Fry's Great value on Quality Food

I hate digital coupons. Have to get the app and find the item. Raspberries are on sale, if you have the app. I have the app, I clip the raspberries but price does not come up. I ask the cashier who says I need to use the app. I show the app and that it's selected. Cashier says I'll do this favor one time. So we have resorted to doing a favor of changing me the advertised price. I don't think it is the employee who says they are told they can't override the price. It feels like Kroger corporate policy is to cheat their customers

Friendly staff. Not too many people standing in line waiting to be helped and quick to help those standing in line. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the actual time to fill your rx takes HOURS!I have a rx that renews each month for 3 months before a new set of rx are sent over and approved by my Dr.Every month I call a few days ahead to make sure it is in the system to be refilled for that monthEvery month I’m told they don’t have a rx for meThey then seem to find it in the system wherever it hides on my accountThen they say it has been placed for refill on “date” so they will start on it that morning when they open.They open at 9amAutomated system will call and say ready for pick up around 11amGo in to pick up after 11:30 but before the 1pm close time for lunch and never fails…That’s not ready yet… looks like it will be available in 2 hrs.I don’t think they work on it until I go in to pick up and even the 2 hrs is not 2 hours always much longerOther than this repeat issue the pharmacy is efficient and if they changed this issue I would give it 5 stars

I Was knocked over in the store by a person on a motorized cart. It belonged to Fry's but they took no responsibility for any of my bills or anything. My back was broken & I've had constant pain for the last 10 years. My vertebrae continued to break over the years. They just didn't care about me as a customer. I've never shopped there again. They wouldn't even give me the ladies name. I couldn't get up so there was no way to contact her for her insurance or anything. No one is safe in their store.

Very clean, well stocked, multi ethnic food galore. Red envelope dispenser, Starbucks, deli, etc. many self check-out registers, with help available, but they manage those registers so closely, that all you need to do is stare at the screen. Did I mention shaded parking and well-lit parking at night? Oh, yeah!

Shana at Customer Service has the WORST service I've experienced at this location. I was waiting at the customer service desk for some assistance. I said hello to her she just looked at me saying nothing at all. Eric walked over a customer service manager and said did you need help with something. this is after me standing there for 10 mins looking at Shana for some kind of acknowledgment with absolute nothing at all. I told Eric yes I do need some help. I let him know that she had not said one thing to me. why have someone so rude at the SERVICE desk. at least say "hey I'm super busy I see you just one moment" but no she just looked at me like I'm inconveniencing her day. Eric was kind but said nothing to make the situation feel any better for me. I will have to say I get it. it's frys it's 8am and you're in the middle of something. but being rude and bluntly ignoring a customer who has said hello asked if you were open and you just look at them. That is flat put rude. Do better Frys Customer Service Do better

This is my local fry's, and I'm normally not one to write reviews like this, however.... The other night a fry's employee was attempting to distract a woman's service dog while she was checking out at self check out. Long story short, he employee told me to "mind my own business, etc, it got somewhat heated. It was ONLY when I said to him that he's opened the store to a potential lawsuit, it was only THEN, that his manager (present during the entire event), made the most minimal attempt to stop his employee. No apology was made to the lady with the service dog, and the employee continued to harass, and verbally accost me. Like i said, I don't ever write reviews like this, but the collective Behavior of the employees at this location, was truly abhorrent.

This review is for the Bakery. Maria did such a splendid job with a custom cake that I just couldn't believe my luck in finding her! While she couldn't put the decor on, she was able to design the rest of the cake and matching cupcakes to my liking. Thank you so much Maria!! You did an amazing job!!

Long lines. Always have a maximum of three lines. 1/5 the self checkout is open. Never any carts. Shelves are never fully stocked. Disheveled. The entire store has gone way down hill.

This is the fry's I do all my shopping, just had to return moldy blueberries I just bought 10 minutes before. I went into return and Monique the manager tells me the customer service desk is closed and proceeded to tell me to wait in the two lines of cashiers that are open that are wrapped around the store. Then she proceeds to open up a lane and invite other customers in line to join her newly opened lane. Why the heck couldn't you assist me with the one item of moldy berries you just sold me and then open the lane? She was so rude!

What's the point at closing at 11 if you shut and lock your doors up to 5min beforehand. Literally tried to sprint for 1 bag of cereal and the dude trying to grow his hair out like a chick wouldn't let me in. Would've taken 10 seconds, but nope still couldn't run in before closing. Your business is a joke or at least hire employees that aren't lazy and mad about being at work and have the doors open until actual closing time. FAIL
