Incredibly rude, always inaccurate with "ready by" times, they can't do basic math, my sister has a script they screw up religiously, they literally never get it right even though you can calculate it with your fingers. If you are on maintenance pain meds like I am, they do everything they can to make getting your meds unpleasant and time consuming.

Worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Possibly illegally operating. Pharmacy manager runs it like a dictatorship, refuses to display credentials or identify his full name. Very rude staff overall.

Lance is awesome! Was the one bagging our groceries, we forgot our expensive boars head deli meat at the cashier. He ran it out to us and saved our night from being ruined!:) also gave great advice about frys discounts!

The employee were kinda for the most part, however there was one employee that you could smell from 10 feet of him. I'm not one to judge and I was at the checkout. When I asked him to bag the eggs and bread separately, he just scoffed at me. I asked his name, as well as the cashier to make polite conversation and he just said "it's Alex, but you won't remember it anyway" he was rude the whole time and it wasnt professional.

They always have only 4 self checkouts available Saturday mornings. Never fails that there are long waits, when all they have to do is open the self checkout

The small older lady has had a grudge against me ever since I called her out for repeatedly telling me how expensive my medication was and making excuses for why she couldn’t fill it. She even tried to pretend to be someone else when I called and when I said I knew it was her she told me I needed to find another pharmacy which I did to avoid dealing with her. I eventually had to go back when the specialty pharmacy quit carrying my medication. My problems with her started immediately when I went to pick up my prescription and was informed that they had put it back because I had called and said I didn’t need it which never happened. Every time I went in to pick up there was some ridiculous reason that would be contradicted by the other pharmacy employees who would get confused. I finally had enough and went to Fry’s store manager and said I wanted to file a complaint against her. The situation was addressed by the head pharmacist because she(the one with the problem)refused to acknowledge us and just stared at her computer the whole time. I didn’t have any more issues for awhile but every few months they start up again, if not with my medication, it will be with my daughter’s or my mom’s. As soon as I talk to anyone with the white coat, I always leave with the medication even after someone in blue scrubs has just told me they don’t have it or it needs doctors authorization, etc.When I say “blue scrubs” I’m not referring to everyone there that wears blue scrubs, only the short lady with glasses that’s always in the corner with the computer and the other older lady with frizzy burgundy hair. They are rude and reckless and in charge of our medications. Anyone else see the problem here?

Pros: Kroger savings club makes everything super cheap.Cons: The system is not hooked up for inventory so you frequently get told your meds will be ready today, then go to pharmacy and be told that they have to wait until 2-4 days when the meds come in.Customer service is 50/50, sometimes you get the younger kid and he's nice. Other times you get that older dude and he acts like he hates his job/people.
