Nick at Customer Service was NOT helpful with getting my rewards discount after I had already paid. Lady's at the checkout quickly gave me $14 refund with a smile.

Super helpful with prescription savings cards and other discount programs. Like every business they are understaffed but I rarely wait more than a few minutes for assistance. Moved from Walgreens and would never go back .
