Staff have always been professional and helpful when I get my refills. They're not tripping over their own feet to greet me with rays of bubbly sunshine just because I walked into their store, but they're never disrespectful.

These folks are mean and rude. There is one nice person so I hate to throw her under the bus but the others act like they hate life and customers.
