I Called my doctor's office Dec 22, 2022 to ask for my prescription to be called in to Fry's pharmacy. After being severely ill for two weeks, I called Fry's pharmacy Jan 5th as well as Jan 9th and Jan 12th to see if my prescription was ever sent in. Fry's pharmacy kept telling me no prescription was sent in. I finally talked to another tech after my 4th time calling Fry's I told the Tech each time you guys tell me you have no prescription I call my doctors office and they say they are going to resend it. The Tech researched my file and it was in my file the whole time. It was sent in to Fry's Pharmacy Dec 22nd but they put it back Jan 4th when I was too ill to pick it up. I could have picked up my prescription weeks ago if they would have just checked my file!!!!September 2022: I haven't had any problems with this pharmacy lately. However It's so unfortunate how the young adult employees don't know how to talk to customers: No manners, no courtesy, no professionalism, no politeness. It's scary how the world is becoming cold and seemingly selfish. Every company is turning into sh*t. I called to check on my med then said thank you before hanging up and they just hung up on me. This world is getting worse instead of better. I feel for the new born babies and the disconnection they will have with each other and many others.3/26/2020: I went to pick up my mother's meds March 26, 2020 and while I was paying the young female pharmacy tech sneezed in her elbow (missing her elbow) less than a foot away from the young male pharmacy tech's face while he was walking up to the computer to cover her for her break. The computer was 3 feet away from me where I stood to pay for the meds. They both smiled at each other and giggled. With COVID 19 spreading like wildfire I was frustrated to say the least. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you have to sneeze, walk away, squat down, sneeze inside your shirt so you don't sneeze into the air and in our faces!!! I don't think stores and people are taking this deadly virus seriously. Its unfortunate that stores don't have stricter guidelines at this time. I will transfer meds to Express Script and CVS drive thru.

I want to give a special shout out to Juan in the Meat Dept. & Cyndi at the main office for once again helping me successfully gift hams & turkeys to our employees. I placed my order well in advance & it was more than enough for our teams families to celebrate. Both Juan & Cyndi really care about making people happy & I'm so glad I chose this Fry's.

We stopped at this Fry's for pre-made sandwiches on our way to float the river. We specifically sought out a fry's grocer as opposed to a different store chain because of the quality I know to expect from fry's. What specifically made me want to write this review today is the very obvious difference I noticed about this fry's location as opposed to others from the moment I walked in the store. This business caters to a specific demographic at this store which makes sense given the clientele in this specific area. I think it's great when businesses do this because they should accommodate the needs of different people in different areas but what I was not okay with was the face that the produce offered at this store is priced WAY lower than stores in other neighborhoods. If they can charge this low of prices at this store why do I have to pay more at the store closer to my house? They are really low in stock or out of a LOT of stuff here as well. It was weird that we had to hunt for water past a lot of generic sugary drinks when water should be easy to find at a grocery store in a place that is 115 degrees outside. The store was dirty and unorganized and didn't have the things we were looking for that we know we can find at other normal Fry's locations, but it did have a lot of other great products at great prices that we don't have at our home store. This inconsistency is not something I appreciate from a chain store. If this was the first fry's I'd ever been to I would just never go to a fry's again because it's such a gross nasty store and I would think they were all like that if I didnt know better. I was helped by three staff members during my visit here who were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which was wonderful (one in the deli, one at the restroom, and one at the checkout). Parking lot was packed and filthy.

When I went to this drug store, I presented the prescription given by the doctor to the pharmacist. Gladly, they had all the medicine needed. I am so thankful for the fast service.

My surgeon sent my prescription there by mistake but they got my medication ready for me very quickly and were very friendly....thanks for your help Fry's!!!

Mari the manager is a PUTAAAAAAAA no ayuda, what are we paying her for. She doesn't do anything but flirt with the security on duty and when I asked about why the carts weren't working she had an attitude, digusting female needs to be fired

I will be switching to a new location. It will take them days to fill a prescription. Even if a person needed their medication right away after surgery, they will still have you wait.

Ugh this bathroom! They have the WORST automatic sink faucets! I had lots of soap on my hands after using the toilet and literally spent 20 minutes trying to wash the germs and soap off my hands. The water would not stay on for more then a half a second on all 3/4 sinks! There's only one sink that you can actually turn the water on but the whole sink was missing and the was water shut off! Such an annoying situation when you wish to wash your hands with all the dirty germs out in this world especially now with COVID! They definitely are trying to save money here on water! Definitely noted to not use their bathrooms AGAIN! Because come on who doesn't wash their hands properly after using a bathroom and a PUBLIC bathroom at that?! EMPLOYEES?!!?.... Please Frys if you're reading this change those sink faucets especially for your employees! I feel bad for them! They are there working 8 hours or so with those nonfunctional faucets!

This is my son on his special day his birthday! Ordered a cake a week before from the bakery for his birthday. Went to go pick up his birthday cake and they never made it. I first just got a sorry which I did not take... Place is not clean. Carts are everywhere. Unprofessional! Not enough employees.
