The store was dirty inside and out. No shopping carts available. Restroom locked. Security guard had baton out arguing with man allegedly shoplifting with his child. This site could be so much better with full staffing.

After more than 40 years, I am "breaking up" with Frys. Like a frog not noticing the boiling water getting hotter, I've put up with more and more bait-and-switch since the app was introduced, and today I finally hit the "no more" moment. Prices posted on shelves may or may not be for most of us shoppers. After tons of time with an employee, who was going through app coupons while my ice cream melted, she finally found that the posted price is only for delivery.I'm done.I have had it with seeing good prices, only to be told they do not apply to me. I'm actually sad -- I've been a loyal customer for so long. But there comes a time when consumers have to speak through their money. This is me saying to Fry's: "You can no longer mess with me."

This store consistently is going downhill. It smells so disgusting in there. (like a rotten crotch.) And everything looks like a bomb hit it. And their deli was closed at 6:30 on a Saturday afternoon! I probably will discontinued going to this store even though I live around the corner. (and have for 30 years )The clientele are disgusting dirty people. The store always looks dirty. I do not recommend this place. Safeway is just around the corner and much cleaner.

Doctor sent in my script and they filled ASAP. The pharmacist was so nice over the phone. Very sweet lady. She helped me with my insurance and processed the script so there would be no issue when I arrived.Honestly, I've always gone to Walgreens and I hate they make me wait for a script even when the doctor approved it. They like to play doctor a lot. But at Fry's I've never had this issue.

2:30 PM on a Thursday: One register open - 12+ people on line. This would be good place to open a grocery store! Even the Self Checkout had over 10 people on line. Stock is hit and miss. There are better options that are a bit further from me, but in the time I spent waiting on line I could have driven to them and back.

I was buying a few things and needed the restroom I asked the First Lady she said ask security (the black guy and no I'm not racist my children are black and if Karla the employee I asked knew his name or was willing to give it to me I would've listed that) he immediately said the bathroom closes at 10 even though they are open until 11 he proceeded to say, "the bathroom closed see if the guy is back there cleaning it to see if he'll open" of course when I get back there there's no guy so he sent me on a wild goose chase so I decide to go back to the nice lady I told her he didn't want to open it for me saying they were closed she then said "IDK ask the manager" I did ask her and she was rude too never smiled never tried to make it right or tell the security to stay out of it cause of course I'm not talking to him and he was standing there and I told her that he sent me back there for nothing I wasn't addressing him I was addressing the manager and he rudely said "that was on you to walk back there "which doesn't even make sense like I'm shopping I need the restroom how is that on me what if I would've had my kids with me what were they supposed to do hold it in another hour but she did say she'd open it for me with attitude with no apology basically no managerial customer service skills, this Fry's is a shit show beware before you go!

This is the worst Frys I have ever shopped at. The store is a mess. Shelves are bare. Nothing that was in today's ad was in stock, cash register lines were way too long, the lady working the self check out area was so nasty looking - she was not even wearing a bra. The customer service counter was closed (it wasn't even 8:00 yet). What a waste of a trip to the grocery store. I ended up leaving and going to the one on McDowell - which is apparently better managed because they had stuff in stock and their customer service desk WAS open. Success starts at the top. Apparently this store gets the managers who don't give a crap about their store because that is the environment they have created - this store is crap.

Legit the worst pick up service. They regularly mess up your order and you have to go into the store to make them correct it. You'll probably have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Multiple people will ask for your name multiple times then call you someone else's name AND bring you the wrong order after you told them your name 75 times and proceed to hurry you to leave. The customer service chat isn't even functional was talking to myself for 12 minutes. If i were you I'd chose a different location or make sure to check every single item each time they load your order into your car. Get on that Karen ish. Don't wait until you get home. Last night was made to wait for an hour and a half only for them to throw random items in bags and throw it in my car then practically herded me out of the parking spot. They had a barista from the Starbucks inside writing names down and desperately trying to help. Extremely understaffed. Anyways just waiting for me refund:)

Filled here this month as our medication has been out of stock and backordered at all the pharmacies close to ASU. Olivia, Ivy, and Paula were very professional, friendly, and helpful with my questions over the phone and in person. They filled the prescription with no issues. The pharmacist was very pleasant at check-out. I talked to 15+ different pharmacies in the area before calling this one and was disappointed in the lack of customer service. So thankful I found this one and appreciate the positive staff!
