Nice station, I love being able to use Kroger pay in the app to pay, seems safer than inserting a card in the pump, and it's nice to not touch one more thing nowadays, just select the pump number in the app and the discount, then pump.

Had a horrible experience. Went to go fill up with gas with my dads fuel points and the pump timed out. Didn't get to use the full 35 gallons. Asked the gas station attendant for help they said there's nothing they could do. Disappointing. I guess the gas station attendant doesn't care.

Price on Google advertised at $3.98 and when got to Fry’s $4.59. If you’re going to advertise with Google be sure they have accurate information.

the rudest store manager I've ever heard...I overheard her being rude to an employee ...shopping carts and product all over the store making it hard to even shop....go to the marketplace down the street if you want good customer service

There are 2 Frys right here in Ahwatukee. This one and the one on chandler. This is the small fries. It's easier to navigate. The one on chandler is twice the size but annoying to get around. This one does not have as good of a selection. They don't have ice cream cakes. I was really surprised by this. They don't have sushi like the other one. For basic stuff sure this one is fine but for more of a selection go to the bigger one on chandler.

A friend of mine went shopping for her groceries Thursday June 25th 2020. And little did she know she would encounter discrimination at her local food store, FRY's. When my friend (who is black) was leaving Fry's she was followed by a cashier who accused her of stealing $108.64 of groceries she had purchased. And was blocking her to go towards her vehicle. He harassed her, and was arms length away from her interrogation her on how she paid for her groceries. He begins to go through her grocery items to see what she has. Several white men and women began to surround them and watch the incident unfold. He began to yell out, "YOU STOLE THEM!" As my friend tried to defend herself, he would get louder and louder with her. Mind you she has RECEIPTS but this cashier is refusing to hear her out.y friend is scared and is thinking what if this man calls the cops, and they only listen to him, and don't even give her a chance to explain herself that she did NOTHING wrong! She insisted to go back inside and speak to the manager, which gave the cashier some sort of satisfaction as if he "Got her". By saying "LETS GO". Finally she speaks with the manager and showed all the proof!!!! The manager says "would you like a $25 gift card".... A $25.00 DISCOUNT.... as if my friends dignity is worth just $25.00! So my friend said "what you can do is give me my money back for all of this." As the manager chimed in and said "it's going to take a while to do so." My friend is now traumatized and will never return to Fry's AND NEITHER WILL I. THIS STORE IS A DISGRACE.

With the Covid-19 pandemic I decided to do grocery pick up with Frys for the first time. The process was simple, and when I arrived I was met by Imtiaz Ahmed who had my groceries all ready and brought them to the car (even loaded them into the trunk for me). He was incredibly kind, and patient and should be recognized for this. This is a service I never considered before this but will use moving forward.

No one working there ever smiles Cashiers are unfriendly and seem to have attitude that I am making them work. Had surgery and was having bag boy assist taking groceries to cart. He got stopped by another cashier telling him to assist a "regular" customer before me having me wait. I have shopped there regularly since store opened 20 years ago!! I am done with Fry's and now make it my mission to shop at Safeway. Or any other store not owned by krogers

Horrible customer service from stores manager, Sara. I came across a boxed shipper of hot wheels. I am a bit of a collector after my son got me into them when I would buy for him. Anyways, I asked when I could come back for that to be ready. She said come back tomorrow, but it may not be done by then. Already a lazy answer, but fine. So I came back the next day to excitedly see an even bigger shipper out in its location, ready to be unwrapped, and as I see it, I see Sara across the aisle, but she literally started walking away from me as she already started scowling before I could even ask anything how it's not ready. I say if she can just be nice instead of rude and give me a time to come back and she gives me a bs answer that it may take days. Days. A palette laying there for days in middle of store, yeah Sara....thanks a lot for my wasted time, gas & your attitude when you could have just made a customer you told to come back happy and your store money instead. Good job. Power trip much?

I am definitely a regular at Fry's. They have a good variety of almost everything and provide great deals with their membership rewards. Justin, at the meat station, is great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable - taught us a few things as well and that was very much appreciated (give that man a raise!). During my most recent shopping trip, the registers were not honoring the coupons that I had saved on the app and so we had to go to customer service to get cash back - the attendant was very easy to work with while we tried to rectify the situation. A couple things I'm not a fan of: it always smells weird in the alcohol section (I think because of the sushi station not too far away) and their choices for packaged meat (especially beef) lack in options and quality. I will not be buying my beef cuts from Fry's anymore. Overall, not a bad place to shop.

I've been to this Fry's many times, and so I even have had conversations with a few of the employees. I love Fry's and most of the employees are wonderful minus one bad experience during a self checkout issue. The Starbucks girl who wear wears a lot of makeup and fake eyelashes is pretty awful mannered. I hope you guys rotate her to night stocker lol
