Absolute garbage service every time I go with my wife. There are never any carts and never any baggers. Frys must be trying to get away with skeleton crews in order for the CEO to buy his 12th yacht. Prices ay checkout are frequently wrong. Combined with the constant need to apply 'coupons', this feels like a scam. How they get away with grifting is beyond me.

I usually shop at this store. And in general the customer service it's pretty decent. However yesterday, I went to the store to buy a pack of cigarettes and some grocery and few bottles of wine the guy who actually I bought a pack of cigarettes from which was from the liquor department was absolutely okay and then I went to get my grocery and then I came back for the wine. By that time that guy had taken his actually he was taking his break and there was a lady there her attitude was really bad and she asked for the ID and I said I just got the cigarettes. I was not asked for an ID she kept yelling and being very rude and mean requested a manager to talk to about that and then some dude come which he did not even look like a manager and he starts saying we will not sell liquor without an ID my reply to him was is not about the liquor it's about her attitude she should know how to talk to people before she actually work around people. And I am posting this review so I hope a manager from that store would find out what is happening there and take the correct action because no one should be treated like that just for trying to buy something and if the store have the same policy they should have the policy and the regulation explain to every single one of their employees.

Associates at this location were very attentive to their customers. It definitely felt very welcoming coming into the store to do my regular groceries. I do think that maybe at times it did get very time consuming the way they interacted with their customers, maybe bring on more staff to make sure all their customers get enough time to run errands.

Enjoy shopping here. Its so close to our house so in the morning we walk to buy food to cook. Frys vip card is amazing can get discount out of it

This location , I want to say: Starbucks coffee’s serves is great ! The girls are very nice! one day I stopped by there , the girl names Esabell give me free big cups of ice water with her smile ! So with that I felt it’s a good place to shopping and it’s very close to Mandarin buffet and Walmart and some shopping place! I put five stars because this store manager and employee are very nice and friendly! Today is Thursday, this morning I went to there, I was pushing a heavy cart , it’s looks like broken, but a lady she’s manager very friendly and she sent the employee ( named Sai and Luis) two young boy to fixed my car and helped push to the location. The employee Sai use special tape to taped drop stuff, so the display cart looks pretty good. I was so grateful for their kindness that I forgot about the sanitary conditions of the toilets in this store (I can't blame the management entirely because this city has a diverse population)！ So here I m strongly recommend this store employee Louis and Sai !

I love this Fry's store on 19th avenue and Glendale. Friendly employees and fresh produce. The meat department is awesome. Great variety and always fresh.

Usually this place is on point however recently something has happened.
I'm standing here at self checkout store not busy at all and we have 17 people a head of me.
Not to mention I had to hunt down a cart at the back of the parking lot.
Guess all that's expected of the employees is to show up.

Available shopping carts are rare here. Parking is super weird. The grocery availability is good if u can find a cart to put them in. Overall it makes grocery shopping a pain.

Always good to shop here especially with all the digital coupons and in store coupons.
Update: Lately it seems like customer service is backed up but you have other employees (managers included) standing around and doing nothing but gossiping and talking. So someone customer has to call for help makes no sense.
