It's ok to get produce or milk but I don't trust the meat/ chicken. Countless times I've walked past the meat area and smelled bad meat or see inflated packages.

She was polite took my payment but also had good skills on the phone before I came I called and check to make sure it was open. And got my SRP bill paid on time so thank you to Susan at Customer service desk.

Don't expect to be able to use the full listed opening time. Just needed to grab a case of water and arrived with 7 min til close... plenty to run in, grab a case, and be out of the store before the listed closing time. But nope, I was turned away, while some others were still let in.. hmm favoritism, discrimination...? l
Anyways, change the listed opening time accurately, and then send away everyone equally.
My usual Fry's located in North Phoenix sure treats their customers different in a good way.

THIS STORE IS A MESS. THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR BOTTLE WATER SOLD ME ROTTEN SEAFOOD. I CAN'T NOT USE MY EBT CARD & U CARD AT THE SAME TIME HAD A DIGITAL COUPON WHICH I COULDN'T USE BECAUSE THE CASHIER SAID THE COMPUTER WAS FROZEN. I AM SO FED UP I AM FILING AN COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. SINCERELY MONIQUE SHEPARD.

The assistant manager named Isaiah and the cashier were standing there talking I walked up to ask a question and they both ignored me that's how your managers act? He was more concerned about his personal conversation then helping a customer. Your employee are not friendly they seem unhappy and unpleasant. I do not like this location at all you guys don't care about customers. I only go to this location because it's closest to me but I will avoid this location or just not interact with your employee since that is the way your store manager allows it's employees and assistant managers to treat customers

Been shopping there for years. Today I was told I cannot bring my little dog because of store policy. An Emotional support animal. I was ok with that cuz guard was gonna allow me to shop this last time. I asked a manager what policy was because I know a little about this, but not enough. SO, he could not find any. I looked it up on Google and told him he was correct and I'll not bring my dog back. He told me I could not shop there today with the dog. Consequently, my wife and I had to leave. He just could not see his way to allowing me to shop one last time with dog in hand. His right, but not very friendly AT ALL. If I were manager I would have told me to continue shopping and leave dog at home next time. He doesn't have to see it my way and he was perfectly within his rights to make us leave. But i feel i could show him a few things about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will find another store to give my money to.
