Please make the bathroom code a 4 digit. Not a 6 or 7 digit. Its already anxious getting there and find out you cant go in, and then ask someone the code and they give you 7 digits, thankfully the employee was nice and helpful

The worst store i been to in the state of Arizona non of the employees has customers service at all Brian who stocks the eggs no customer service. The people that are getting orders for delivery very rude when you ask them questions the cashier very rude and the store manager Evan who doesn’t have time to talk to a customer about his store employees. I don’t recommend the public shopping here save your money shop at other stores in the valley who have better employees and better customer service.

New security guy, got hyped up after he aphrehanded a shoplifter with backpack full of stuff went to the bathrooms..after he was done he approached me while I was sitting at starbucks section as usual, and witnessed as he finished with the shoplifter...thinking that he was going to just talk to me but instead asked me to show receipt of what I have right in front of me in a frys bag...he got a rush and continued to profile everyone else I think...however this time he picked me , I sit there 4-5 days a week after work and buy and eat and drink
my stuff...there were 2 frys employees next to me while he offensively approach me like I was a potential criminal...after he left, those 2 employees were really upset about what he did to me ...SECURITY PEOPLE DEFINITELY NEED TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY. Every time a new security person starts working at this location they harrass me right away until they realize they are dealing with the wrong guy. I go there and spend money and eat and drink my purchases at the cafe section until they close 4-5 days a week...etc. I talked to the manager tonight after the situation also. I also have helped this Frys catch people stealing many times before by alerting the manager & employees last 2 years that I've been going to this frys. This security guy is african american he said he is 62 years old & he has experience...etc. He acted arrogantly. I had to tell him age does not mean anything, I'm more intelligent than he is because of how I observe people instead of wrongfully profiling & discriminating them offensively....etc. UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN HARRASED & FOLLOWED MANY TIMES BY THIS SAME SECURITY GUY SINCE THIS REVIEW...I FILED A COMPLAINT TO TJE CORPORATE OFFICE, THEY SENT HIS BOSS TO REVIEW THE SITUATION AND THE VIDEOS. SINCE THEN HE TOOK THIS SITUATION TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND MADE IT A OERSINAL VENGANCE AGAINST ME. TO THIS DAY WHENEVER HE SEES ME HE FINDS AN EXCUSE TO STAY CLOSE TO ME AND LOOK AT ME LIKE HE IS GOING TO ATTACK ANY TIME. IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT AN EMPLOYEE WITNESSED HIM DOING IT TOO AND HE CAME AND MADE HIM.MOVE AWAY. I WILL BE TAKING THIS SITUATION TO MY LAWYER & FILE CHARGES AGAINST THIS SECURITY GUY AND AGAINST KROGER AKA FRYS FOOD STORES CORPORATION SOON.

So I was in line at the cashier with this older cashier named john. The first guy in line had a nasal spray or something that had a yellow tag on it and John was swearing at the tag and pulled out a box cutter and was essentially yelling at the guy for getting him a difficult to read item. Then there was this woman with a small child who had been in line and had some questions and needed to be let back through the line and he was blatantly ignoring her. I pull my card out of the way so she can go through and he flips her off when she passed and called her a needy queen. She heard him and asked for his name and then started crying and walked away. I've never seen behavior like this from a cashier here can I shop here all the time. I felt like I needed to at least post this. Hopefully that woman complains too.

The self checkout here is the worst.
If you use the one with the conveyor, it will not detect it and make you redo it 500 times.
Similarly on the normal one, it accuses you of stealing with a nice video of you literally putting your scanned item in the bagging area.
Eff that. Stop being so cheap. Put more actual cashiers.

GET RID OF THE OLD BLACK SECURITY GUARD! I live in the neighborhood, down the block, I go to this fry’s all the time. Recently, the old black security guard racially profiled me, a black woman. After buying my groceries, I decided to go back into the store to buy Starbucks. The old black security asked me if I was going back in then told me to show him my receipt. I live in the area, been going to this fry’s weekly for the past 3 years and This has NEVER happened to me. Thankfully, the kind cashiers know me and told me I was good. He shouldn’t be a security guard if he lacks great observational skills!

staff is okay, but the non-employees they have in the store at the end of the night stocking shelves (and completely blocking off aisles and huge sections of the store) are straight up degenerates, rude and all seem like they just got out of prison with no social skills. watch your purse too.

I want to give a big recognition to the Floral Manager Penn & her amazing Floral team, I want to say that when I walked, into the main lobby, I was in complete heaven the floral display looked absolutely outstanding, the flowers, floral arrangement's were so beautiful there wasn't, any flowers that were wilted or dead looking & when I walked into the floral department everything was so Emaculent, every customer was being helped by an Associate, this floral department never gets enough recognition & i just want to say that, if you ever want the best flowers for any ocassion, stop by Frys on 20 th st & Highland & ask for Penn, you will not be disappointed.... Penn keep up the good work you deserve to have the Blue Ribbon for all your hard work & effort for making our Mothers Day the best day ever & to your floral team thanks to you as well for making my Mother's Day the absolute best day......
Wednesday 5-15-24..... I just visited store #129 & I stopped to pick up a few things, before I grabbed what I needed, I stopped inside the floral department & spoke with the floral manager Penn, I wanted to reiterate on, how beautiful everything looked on Mother's Day this past Sunday & to let everyone know that, Penn & her floral department & associate's that helped out during Mother's Day, definitely deserves the Blue Ribbon for an outstanding job & that they all need recognition because without them my Mother's Day would've meant anything.... Penn I just want to say that you are the best floral manager & the most beautiful floral manager I've ever seen, you do your job so diligently, with outstanding poise & grace I'm so proud of you & your team, I wish you all the best in the years to come ????
