I have been shopping at this location for more than 12 years now and always love it! But tonight 08/03/2025, I felt so disappointed trying to shop here because I can’t get inside the store 6 minutes before its closing time which is at 10pm! I just wanna get a single item but security guy stops people at the front gate saying “it’s too late! It’s too late!” and turning people away! I probably check out faster than people who are still shopping inside the store. Even after I told the security guy that I only come to get a single item, he still had no compassion or understanding at all! I am not sure it’s the store policy to close the front gate 10 to 15 minutes earlier than it actual closing time and let their security guy chases customers away OR the workers are just lazy to work a few minutes late! Since I never shop late at night for the past 12 years, I truly don’t know and totally not aware of it. I understand that the employees are working long hours and ready to go home to their loved ones and rest but at the same time customers also won’t come last minutes unless they really need something too! So, there should be a big sign saying “No walk in # minutes before the store’s closing time” in order to let customers know that they don’t need to come if they can’t make it to the gate by a certain time in order to avoid wasting their time and gas!

I found it to be another good Fry's location. Limited need to interact with any employees, but the cashier definitely made it known she'd rather be anywhere but there. The produce was in great shape, the aisles seemed to be well stocked (at least for everything I was looking for) and the store itself seemed clean.

Go here off in deli counter is always helpful and quick.
The store is pretty well organized and clean, not a lot of items out of place. Decent staff, pretty helpful, quick. Checkout, most of the time.

I'm just a little mad at the bagging because I brought my own bags but they only filled them up a quarter of the way and gave me so many plastic bags. It was so bad that they even put 1 bottle of baby lotion in an entire plastic bag by itself. All the items I bought ended up fitting in my 3 bags and I really find it wasteful to get plastic bags when I'm trying to help the planet as much I can.

I turned my prescriptions in the day before I went to pick them up and was told they weren't ready and I would need to wait 20 minutes. I was on my bike and just got out of the hospital the day I dropped off my prescriptions . I don't understand why they were not ready when I went to pick them up. They hadn't even started getting them ready until I went to get them. I felt this was unprofessional on the part of the pharmacy. I did a little shopping there and store was clean and easy to check out. That's why I gave them 4 stars if I was just to rate the pharmacy I would give them a 2.

I bought a cake today at 9pm, I asked the manager and security guard on shift today to use the bathroom since I am a paying customer and your before close, they said the bathrooms are closed so I had to relief myself in the parking lot. I don’t think this is fair since it was an hour before close and I was a paying customer. Would like this resolved.
