Lori at customer service was very helpful, efficient, and nice both on the phone and in person, just like Fry's staff ALWAYS!

Frys has been my favorite store except for their delivery service. Someone did fraud on our account and stole our groceries. Frys didn't charge us but they also never fixed our account so we can no longer use their delivery service.

The store is starting to decline…. Two entrances but one is always blocked for whatever reason…. Probably the inability to stop theft due to the general public not being able to afford food… weird how that works
