I absolutely love this location Fry's because of their customer service every time. That being said I have to thank Mariah in seafood for being able to assist me hours before they opened. These little examples of top notch customer service have kept me as a customer for life. Thank you Fry's

I just seen the manager and a couple of his employees harassing this poor man who was shopping for his family . They said he was stealing but when they checked his receipt he had stolen nothing . They embarrassed him in front of everyone and the manager kept threatening to “get out of his store “ and didn’t apologize when he was wrong . Truly embarrassing and uncomfortable as I been shopping here forever . Manager should be held accountable for causing a disturbing scene

My dad old got a att prepaid phone for my son until he could he back on his feet for a job. The phone been used Sim card inserted already with a wrong one. I called the store they said I couldn't get my money back for phone that been used already with a wrong Sim card that been inserted. That not my fault they gave either a refunded phone that accidentally put back or someone refunded exchange Sims card definitely going to call corporate to see if I could at least exchange that all I wanted the customer service girl was new talk to manger on duty on 7/6/2024 evening said no once bought no money back. Once again not my fault they ripped my Dad off he old new to technology. Does this store ripped old people off shame on you guys.

Bought some Oikos reduced priced yogurt that said it expired in a week. Was definitely mishandled and spoiled. Still have food poisoning symptoms as I type this now. I will not be returning to that fry’s.

I came into fry's to buy chicken. No chicken cook before the person went on break. The person be back in 20 minutes to cook chicken. That is poor on making sure customer has chicken to buy and steady have chicken coming. They wanted customer to wait for 20 minutes until their break is over.

I typically shop for groceries solely at this store. After last night, 5/16/24, I will no longer be shopping here. I am so tired of the AT&T salespeople constantly harassing me every time I run into the store. One day I was approached 3 times. Last night I was trying to be nice to the guy who approached me. I have his name but I will keep it out of this since he was only trying to do his job. But he was relentless and wouldn't let me go, holding on to my DL and trying to sell his phone plan. After repeatedly telling him I was in a hurry and I had to go, I finally snatched my DL back and said "I told you I need to leave". This was the last straw. I will drive a little further down the road and go to Safeway from now on. Good job allowing this in your store.

Orders have always been accurate and employees thus far have been very helpful and friendly. The selection of fresh vegetables and fruit are always good.

I'm saddened by the behavior of our elders in today society, I was at this location yesterday buying a few things & I happened to be putting in my pin backwards PS I didn't know that until I called my card & the rep offered to stay on the line while I go back in I told her no that's not necessary so I proceeded to tell the Cashier that in not going to buy those items & Mr. Bagger AKA
Your employed LARRY decided he is going to reach in my buggy & take my items that I did pay for out of my buggy & and I event provided this over grown man my receipt's.
So as im walking away (Larry) proceeds to say He doesn't have no money no way)
He is very unprofessional & this (BLACK OLD MAN should not be talking to Any women like this let alone any body. You are their to work . SMH make sure your entering the right pin when using your credit / debate Card or Mr. Bag Man LARRY will tell you other customers & his co workers you don't have any money anyway. SMH how would you feel if is was your Mother / Daughter being talked to like this by An elderly Bitter Old man? What is up with all of this racial stereotypes why is it okay for people to act like this I was so sad...
