Another obnoxious trip to Frys. It's 11:00am on a Friday and there are 10+ employees moving through the store with their 3 tiered cart pulling orders for pickup. They're blocking entire isles and large sections of items. Adding this to the employees who are stocking produce and shelves it is a mess. I am not complaining about these employees at all. This is a complete failure by management. Trying to dodge these workers while looking for items and paying double at the register makes for a terrible experience.

I ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday on Wednesday evening for today. I got a call this morning from the bakery saying the order got messed up and it would be done at 10 instead of 8. I told them it’s fine since the party is at noon. I get there at 10 and they said they never made it, and it would be done at noon. Get you stuff together.

I don't typically leave reviews but I would just like to say that T in The deli department is the absolute nicest man I have ever met and was extremely kind and explained how to cook steak to me. As I had mentioned, I had never done it before. He took his time and was extremely helpful. He deserves a raise!

I was disgusted to see that a gallon of Whole Milk was $3.99 here whereas the store I normally go to right down the road on Jomax is $2.49. And the app is $2.49. Makes me think this store is trying to rip people off while having the appearance of a fancier store. Shame on you Frys.

Valerie (front end manager) was extremely short with me. She’s definitely not someone I’d want representing my company, certainly not at a management level. I’ll shop at Aldi’s & winco to avoid this type of treatment.

Saw a previous review about the person I was about to leave a review about and they're totally right. The guest services person "Dane" was completely unprofessional, super rude and made me feel like I was the one holding up the line. The whole time he was doing his job he kept shaking his head like he was upset he even had customers waiting to be helped. He definitely isn't good with people, he is bitter and 100% does not like his job. Will avoid going to guest services at this location until he is no longer there.

I Shop at this frys regularly and I enjoy shopping here, unfortunately today when I scanned my frys card it didn’t take off my digital coupons. I didn’t notice this until after check out and went over to guest services and meet Dan. He was completely unprofessional and was telling me that he wasn’t going to sit there and count up my coupons and asked for an estimation and I said roughly 20-30 dollars. HE SCOFFED AT ME and said that he needed an exact amount, I said ok I’m going to get out of line count it up and then I’ll be back with an exact amount and asked for my phone number and he just gave me a 20 dollar bill and said “heres a 20 just to get you out of here” COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE! So thank you Dan from guest services for being a prick.

I don’t know how they made such a nice store such a horrible place to go shopping, but they’ve managed it every single time I shop here. I have some kind of issue whether it be not getting receipt getting mischarged for items having my Fry’s card to break machines and glitch out POS systems or when I stick money into the self check out and then it starts beeping and I have to wait 45 minutes to get change, this frys is a nightmare

Every week I am here to do my grocery pickup. All the grocery pickup employees are extremely friendly. I have never had a bad experience.
