They don’t let you buy 1 bag of chips for the sale price you have to buy 4 so i buy 4 for $10.00 the sales clerk rung up 3 bags of chips didn’t charge me for one so i ended up paying even more so they thought they were slick next time the cashier tries that I will keep the bag of chips you didn’t charge me for come back and return the bags you charged me $6.00 each for and make a free bag of chips always check your receipt to make sure store doesn’t rip you off but they don’t like getting ripped off because if she’s scanning everything how do you not scan an item was done on purpose so next time I’ll return 3 bags and get a free bag or whatever you try to be slick you don’t let people not scan items at self checkout do better cashiers and the baggers try and distract you by talking to you so you won’t pay attention to the cashier being slick by not scanning a item knowing it will cost you more .

Don't advertise or tell callers that your money services desk closes at 8:00 P.M. when they always close at a minimum of fifteen minutes early

The pharmacist Chris went above and beyond over the phone explaining drug interactions when I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. He also helped me understand the importance of adding back in my regular medication when I had quit them abruptly after an emergency dental extraction. I feel that most pharmacies are understaffed and overwhelmed for the most part but this location always has happy techs and a great pharmacist at hand.

I had a terrible experience with the bakery. Firstly being ignored for 3 minutes when I know she saw me standing there and I had to address her, no hi how can I help you or any acknowledgement what so ever she was just moving things around not in the middle of anything. Next, I ordered cupcakes and a cookie cake nearly a month in advance, they accepted the order the day after I did it. When I went to pick them up they brought me out a cookie cake with my kids name spelt wrong and cupcakes that looked nothing like what I ordered. Mind you I filled out their information sheet with correct spellings details and my contact info.I had ordered paw patrol cupcakes that I chose from THEIR options, they were different colored frosting with rings, at pick up I was given white frosted cupcakes and was told they don’t do a lot of what they have in their book of options anymore. Nobody called me the bakery lady didn’t care at all, she said she didn’t make them there’s nothing she can do. I asked for a manager and she cared even less, literally spoke maybe 2 words to me to tell me there’s nothing they can do. I had no choice but to take everything as is, my kids name was written in thick black frosting that had stained the cookie cake so we couldn’t even scrape it off to fix it and the cupcakes were pathetic and embarrassing I didn’t even want to serve them. With a month in advance notice it gives the store plenty of time to contact the customer if they can’t follow through with something THEY offer. Nobody should show up to bad customer service and the wrong order. Super disappointed and it did affect my kids bday party. Customer service needs to be addressed especially for managers at this store, I myself am a retail manager and would of handled this a lot differently with the bare minimum being making eye contact with the upset customer. This happened 4pm on 9/19.

What happened to this Fry's? First, the trash under the shopping cart area by the front door was awful. Then a lady not paying attention to her kids in the way of my cart yelled at me after I kindly said excuse me twice to get past and then wouldn't apologize after. Then the cashier barely said hi after I said good morning. Then there was no one bagging in my lane so the cashier had to do it. I
thought I should help but I pay more for a store like this to not have to bag my own groceries. I did thank him and wished him a good day and he did not reply. Definitely will not be back.
