I don't know who manages this store but they're not doing a very good job. 90% of the shopping carts need to be trashed. The code lock on bathroom doors that a customer has to wait for an employee to open is ridiculous. Seems like more and more of these stores are too focused on possible theft than customer experience. Put a security guard outside to ward off the pan handlers, get new carts and take those dumb code locks off the bathroom door

I like this fry's it's big with plenty of registers plus self check out. It offers Wells Fargo banking, deli, bakery and it even has an organic section. I would've given it 5 stars but the customer... service was not so good. I even seen the cashier yell at a paying customer and say she didn't care if he reported her. It was inappropriate behavior...
Update
This location has had a lot of improvement. Finding everything was so much easier. The product being in the correct location was even better. Even when I could not find something customer service was there to help us out. Even when I was checking out my cashier was so nice and understanding to me. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love this location. MOST of the people working customer service are nice and helpful, the store employees go above and beyond if you are looking for something specific, and the people at this particular pharmacy really go the extra mile to be prompt, thoughtful, and courteous. Easily my favorite place for grocery and pharmacy!!

Jerry in the bakery department was awesome and kind. Decorated our cake perfectly while explaining his process. He said it was only his 2nd day but he deserves a raise!

this is a special place on so many levels. even the other shoppers appear to be having a good time and quick with "hello" to each other. I was pretty lucky to be in Carol's checkout line this morning. I used the Fry's App but not correctly. ah man. Carol asked to see my phone. She entered enough of what she already scanned to save me almost $22. I always enjoy Jordan's smile and conversation as he bags up all items heading home.

Great store, excellent deals and save a lot by using their app. I'm new here and Frys is my goto grocery store. Their app allows you to do so much and all the digital coupons save me so much money. I saved $16 on my last shopping trip and they always have what I need.

Great deals on food.
Unfortunately I always see employees and customers smoking near the propane tanks because that is where the shade is. Thank goodness no accidents have happened.

This store is my favorite store! Managers are all nice ! This evening I met manager Manny he is very nice with smile to customers and doing good job for the store. He answered all questions you asked and he likes help customers! When he said have good evening also he said have safely, ok? That’s warmed my heart! I’m highly recommended this store due to has this kindly manager!

This goes to any store that uses self checkout. People be mindful these machines use AI meaning it can be used to profile you. Keep that information in your mind.
