Went here the store was in great location, the set up was nice, grabbed some groceries and went to the Chompies in store, but the workers in the area had no customer service, I asked one of the workers in the area if I was in the right spot to order, and they looked at me and didn't say anything back, I asked again and young man came from the back and had no customer service or nice about him, no smile, no professional in him at all. Never coming back.

Cassandra is THE BEST.
I have had the distinct displeasure of experiencing some awful customer service here, but CASSANDRA is literally a shining star. She is efficient, friendly, makes eye contact, speaks without mumbling and most of all, she is helpful and KIND.
She deserves all of the accolades, raises and acommodations that Frys has to give. She is the epitomy of CUSTOMER SERVICE in a era where is seems to be more of an afterthought.

Beware. The lady with glasses and reddish brown hair with an accent was and is very weird and rude. Followed me practically harassing me. Was not doing her job. She should be fired and should not be working here, can barely speak proper english. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Pharmacy is close on a Thursday with 2 staff on hand and not open until 1:30… unacceptable to be closed during the posted 8am to 8 pm hours ….

Really awesome Fry's location! The parking garage was really cool. It was fun parking up above the store, then taking the elevator/stairs down to the store, itself!
The store was very nice and clean-kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as well! Great experience.

This frys actually stopped me from shopping here. I parked my scooter in the small area by the door, turned on the alarm..I proceeded to go into the store, not even a good 30 seconds later, my alarm goes off, I thunderbolted to my scooter, because somebody bumped it, and the alarm went off. An alarm to any vehicle is not just gonna go off for no reason. Other mortals park there bikes in part of the frys store, yet they came down on me for bringing mines into the small area by the doors. My scooter was bumped they had the nerve to say they didnt see anything. That lets me know, somebody could try to mess ot with locked up outside and security will say they saw nothing. This just ruined my experience at this particular frys. If they don't want ebikes/scooter locking there vehicles in any part of the store, they should put up signs. Verbal communication isn't gonna stop sneaky mortals.

Got food and groceries when we visited downtown Phoenix for business. The only thing I hate is that they only have 1 out of 2 counters open, which makes the checkout process take forever every time.

The grocery check out was the kindest most helpful young man I've had the joy to experience in a long time. That being said the parking attendant & police officer were a different story. I could not find my parking ticket & asked for assistance to which was basically met with rude condescending attitude & laughter. Very sad representation of Phx police & Frys. . I'm an elderly woman& my son took me to store. I will never go back & will be filing a formal complaint with police dept. You never know who you come across in these situations.

I know service dogs are allowed but this is obviously not a trained service dog. Disgusting health code violation to have dogs around food and it will be reported to Maricopa County. I asked some of the employees and they told me Christian the manager says to allow all dogs in here not just service dogs but pets too. I’m never shopping here again.

This has to be grossest store I’ve ever been to. First, we were greeted with vomit all over the entrance. Then, poop smeared all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Finally, we encountered lots of rotting meat packaged for sale. BIG PASS on this store! Just revolting.
