Ordered a prescription on 4/11 and paid up front. Still no prescription and no notice of them fulfilling the order and it is almost the end of April

I submitted my prescription script on Tuesday morning, expecting prompt service. However, it’s now Friday afternoon, and my order remains incomplete with the weekend it will be over 7 days until i receive it. The lack of communication and prolonged waiting time is frustrating. As a customer, I value efficiency and reliability, both of which seem lacking in this pharmacy. I won’t be returning.

They are terrible - dishonest, and very unresponsive. DO NOT!!!!! use them. I'm talking with the DA in their city and the board of health about their unfair practices. I can't even give them one star - they're that bad.

I am very angry at this experience. dermatologist did not give me a prescription that I can use my health insurance prescription benefits pharmacy plan. dermatologist place the order online, and foothills billed me. fishy process.1- I think my dermatologist is in cahoots with these "foothills pharmacy".2- they sent me a cream/OINTMENT in some type of pump bottle (dispenser) that broke after first use, and it was not pumping anything. of all the various reliable types of dispensers, these people chose the stupidest unreliable pump design, which looks as if they spent more money on the terrible pump than they did on the content.here it is:TAROLIMUS/NIACINAMIDE 0.1%/2% OINTMENTLOT: 08152023:66@74

BEWARE! Avid at all costs! Foothills will not except insurance and add a 3.5% fee on top of prescription price as well as charge delivery. When they email you there is contact information to reach out by phone.

BEWARE-if you fulfill a RX w this company, in the Terms & Conditions ( you have to accept in order to get your RX filled) there is a 30 day AUTO REFILL that you agreed to when accepting Terms & Conditions. Rude persons will tell you this -they do NOTHING to try & make it right. No apology- rather lose a customer forever - than try to retain.

Stay clear of them. I was told by my dermatologist they did not accept insurance, that I had to pay by credit card. After a few weeks, I receive another prescription. I contacted them, they said I signed up for auto refills. I did not, they automatically sign you up for refills. They charge your credit card! Don't give them your credit card! Disappointed in my dermatologist for using them and let her know of the problem.

On the phone message they state they take insurance. They do not take any insurance or discounts. I told them they need to change the message today.
