Service - I ordered flowers and strawberries for my family member's birthday. The flowers arrived and my family member said they were unique. I asked about the strawberries and they were not delivered. I called the store and left a message about a missing delivery. No return call. I called the store again and a woman answered, spoke very fast, and just said that she will deliver the strawberries and hung up without providing a name or anything. I spoke with my family member every day since that conversation and asked about the delivery and she said they never arrived. I tried to call again and the phone went to voice mail. So I thought I would write an email. I asked about getting the delivery or a credit back. I got a sentence that they were delivered Monday. I called my family, no delivery. I called and spoke with Freddie. She was fast talking and obviously overwhelmed, rude, and did not care about this. She stated she delivered the strawberries and had no intent on working with me to resolve the issue like check the address or tell me whom she delivered them so. Instead I got a snarky comment about having to record all her deliveries and she hung up on me basically saying she did not want the business. Ouch! Over 20 years ordering from this establishment and this owner is truly just a mean person or gravely overworked. I don't know the answer. Selection - I have always loved what was delivered in the past. This is sad that Freddie is overwhelmed and rude. There are quite a few posts about how rude she is. I think she needs some help at the shop. Value - I paid for something that, according to my family member, never arrived. I believe the 2nd half of the order was delivered to the wrong house OR my family member has completely lost her memory. I guess the latter could be true. Not sure but Freddie was not interested in figuring this out.

I tried to order a Bright Morning arrangement for my great-niece's 13th birthday today. I'm from Illinois so not familiar with local Ahwatukee florists. Her mom sent me a couple of florists so I could check out websites. I narrowed down a couple of arrangements (one from each florist) then called the florists yesterday to discuss what I needed (13 roses, etc.) I told the florist I had a couple other options to check out and would call back. When I called back she was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. She said I told her I was going to price check to see if I could undercut her pricing. None of that happened. She made an incorrect assumption about why she thought I was checking with another florist. After looking at the websites, I was looking at two arrangements hers ($60) and a completely different arrangement with free spirit garden roses instead of spray roses (over $100). I was checking out options of which arrangement I thought my niece would like better - not the price. This was a special occasion of becoming a teenager, so I really wanted to surprise her with something wonderful. Even with her rudeness I was going to order from her, but it was end of business day, so we were going to complete transaction this morning. Last night I decided I couldn't spend money with someone who treated me so poorly, so I emailed her and told her why I would not buy from her. I contacted the other florist (Ambrosia Floral). Terri was wonderful to work with. We came up with a design that incorporated the free spirit roses she had as well as some spray roses, and it looked beautiful and just informal enough for a teen. The arrangement cost $70 including tax. It turned out much better than the other arrangement would have. My great-niece loved them! A review on the Foothills Gallery site said they were professional but treated each person as an individual and neighbor. I mentioned the review to her, and she said she treats everyone else that way, just not me. After reading reviews on Yelp (just now) it seems she doesn't treat many people very well. My recommendation is to skip this shop and order from Ambrosia Floral.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife’s memorial service and it was better than I expected. The price was right in the range I expected and days later it still looks nice. This shop is better than the reviews show.John from Ahwatukee .

Got a corsage for my son's girlfriend for prom. Nothing fancy, just 2 flowers and a bow. Gotta say, it was really small and even the flowers didn't look very fresh. It was $40, which is pretty much the going rate, but this corsage was just sad. Oh well, live and learn.

Unfortunately I needed to order flowers for a family member we lost our mom on December 28th and I was looking for a local flower shop to deliver flowers to my brother and his wife and the flowers don't even do justice on the picture as it does with a delivery they were absolutely beautiful and the service was great and I will utilize this company for flowers as needed Thank you very much very beautiful bouquet

I called to place an order and let them know I’ll be picking up around 12:30 to 1pm. I get there and there’s a sign that says won’t be back till 2pm. Who does this? If you can’t properly maintain a business, maybe you shouldn’t. People have deadlines.

This flower shop helped me out last minute when other shops said they were too busy. The flowers and corsages turned out absolutely beautiful and they were so friendly and helpful to work with. I will definitely work with them again in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who lost her father! Ordered online spent 169.40 total for this ordered got an email receipt EVEN stating the day of delivery. This Business DID NOT deliver the flowers! When I called the next day the rude lady said "ma'am we are so busy with Valentine's Day I can't help you" and hung up on me" I called back demanding my money back' she said "well I can't get to that right now!" What? Excuse me! I was so upset I demanded an email showing the refund it didn't come for 2 days! Sorry not my problem YOU ARE busy I am the customer and you blew me off! She offered NO apology no immediate solution to rectify the situation just hung up on me hoping I'd go away! Well ma'am negative reviews DO NOT go away. Do not even waste your time or hard earned money read the reviews wait don't after reading mine you don't need to read anymore! Scam place! I feel horrible for my friend and I'm embarrassed, good luck with your business reviews speak highly of your customer service! I'd give 0 or .5 stars if I could!
