Spoke with “manager” Kate on 12/21/24 at 7:15 pm regarding unopened frozen patties that were purchased 1 hour prior explained church event was held and did not need them. Patties were frozen and unopened. Per “manager” patties “parishes” once they leave the store. Asked if they are selling parishes food then ? She said would need to talk with store director Ray Valencia. Asked for his contact info, Kate said to call the store and leave a message. I then asked her to take a message since I’m in the store right now….she seemed very uneducated with her responses and looked like she had a brain fart… ended up giving her my name and number to give to Ray Valencia, she left It on counter and walked away… I then stopped her and asked why she left my name and number on the check out lane and didn’t put it away, she said she had “things” to do… I told her she wasn’t being a responsible manager. She got upset said she was. Educated her and told her she wasn’t. I hope the store director contacts me. I will update as soon as he does.

Very friendly. Cashiers have great attitudes and if you go to self checkout and have a lot of items they'll help you without asking. I also love to see a cart pusher not using a disability as a crutch. Even in a wheel chair he can collect carts and push them in. While others complain about so much. We need more people like this
