This location has a fairly large sign in the back of the store that displays “Restrooms” I entered the store at about 7:45pm . After a few mins of shopping I realized I could no longer hold my bladder and walked into the entryway for the restroom, where the door was locked. I walked down almost every isle to locate a store employee where I finally found someone stocking near the soda and water bottles, who I have previously learned to possibly be a manager from prior store visits. I kindly asked if he could open the restroom. He made a face as if this was a burden to him, he looked at his watch and said “Oop it’s 8:00pm sorry restrooms are closed at 8:00pm”. I had no choice but to hurry and purchase what I had and leave the store. I had to rush home and could not finish the shopping I needed to do at other stores in the community. I mentioned to the store employee I spent about 10 mins prior to 8pm looking for a store staff and as usual no one is available or it is difficult to find someone. He shrugged and said yeah well restrooms close at 8pm. This location is open until 10pm so that is unacceptable for shoppers who are dedicated to providing business for years. This store has already been many disappointments with the ridiculous lines and time it takes to get out of the store with check out. I have been in the community over 7 years and have only used the restroom 1 time which was not the cleanest at all. I have a feeling this store will not be here much longer.

Bakery is not what it used to be. The churro was not airy, but dense and felt like I was chewing rubber. The bear claw was skimpy on the filling, although the flavors were good. Not a huge selection of donuts like they had years ago. The cakes looked beautiful, but everything seemed overly priced in general

On Saturday, September 14, 2024, I placed an order for this tres leches cake with half pineapple jam and half strawberry jam and it didn't turn out as I expected and they only added a jam that had a lot of coloring and was super sticky and was very bitter Coloring, the truth is, it was my third order and this time I was disappointed because of the unacceptable reddish ingredients, it looked more like blood and it's not Halloween. The truth is, I paid $103.99, a lot of money for ingredients that I didn't have.

Why do they have her working there she has no help just rude with people. She needs schooling. To treat people better . .write her up or fire her . I am a good nurse. The manager are awesome. The look out for everyone. Leslie that works there is great she is always positive and smiling. If she don’t know where something is she finds someone who does. She has a great face at greeting people. is Alisha. No one knows that store better than her.

I made a almost $300 purchase and got a pack of wings for 13$ the day before yesterday I opened up my fridge yesterday morning and it smelt extremely bad I looked threw my fridge and the smell came directly from the wings I just purchased the expired date 08/10/2024 which is today I’m not sure why they would sell spoiled chicken and say it’s not expired I want a refund and I’m reaching out to the department of health my kids could’ve got sick thanks to this and I published a picture of the nasty chicken on they’re photo gallery so everyone could see

This place is terrible. I arrived five minutes before closing, only to be told by a rude female Hispanic security guard that they were already closed. She even questioned how I got inside, even though the doors were still open since it wasn't closing time yet. She then started yelling at the store manager, insisting they needed to close the door. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
