Food City is a store that mainly serves the Hispanic community, offering a variety of affordable products and authentic Mexican food. The store has good prices on produce, fruits, vegetables, and soda, with some items tasting wonderful despite minor imperfections. Customers appreciate the friendly and respectful service, feeling welcomed regardless of their nationality. The store also sells 16 lbs of ice at a good price. However, some reviews mention that the store can be dirty and disorganized, with a parking lot that could be cleaner. Prices for groceries may be higher compared to Walmart, and there can be limited selection of certain items, like donuts. One customer experienced a disappointment when a sale on T-bone steaks was not honored because the meat had not been received by the store. Overall, Food City is known for its great deals, authentic food, and friendly atmosphere, making it a popular choice for many shoppers.
Could you more of selection on items not to many to choose from

The pace is dirty and disorganized and I went to get t-bone steaks at 4.99 lb but even though the sales adds went out 1st day of the sale the meat had not been received by the store so I went there for nothing

Food City caters to the Hispanic community. It used to be owned by Bashas. Not sure who owns it now. Some produce prices are great. Overall fair prices on many things, and occasionally a great deal.
