atm out of service more often than not. I spend more time at other banks ATMs than FirstBank - guess that’s a sign to switch.

Great bank terrible branch. If you could avoid this branch do so. The bank itself is great but the customer service at this branch is terrible. They are rude and aren't very helpful. Walked in to help someone open an account, waited there because everyone was "busy" I guess finally sat down with someone and she had an attitude as if we ruined her day by coming in. Needless to say we never opened that account.

I hate this bank just waiting for my new bank to start getting my deposits. I have issues seeing my money and when I call I wait over 30 mins just to speak to someone. This is more stress. My money is always messed with there like no locations for atms and a 5 dollar fee for using another. Worst bank ever

I stopped using this bank, this branch especially, due to the employees always having a snobby attitude and being extremely rude with there responses, answering in a very annoyed tone when you ask a question about literally anything. It feels like they look down on you as soon as you walk in. Using this branch has literally been the worst experience I've ever had at any banking institution, and I'm glad I'll never have to go to this location again since I closed my account today.

Branch nearest to me has closed their lobby. Since I deal with large amounts of rolled coin, I can't use the drive thru.

Worst service EVER today! I have had numerous accounts with this location for years. Today I stopped by to deposit some loose coin I had been carrying around- I have done this many times in the past and NEVER encountered difficulties. Walaa was rude and stated thatall coin had to be rolled before depositing?!? I have never in my 5 years heard of this policy. I said I simply wanted to deposit amount. She continued to fumble with the rolls at which point I said to just give me my cash so I could leave. Raquel is amazing at this location and has never even remotely made me question why I give them business. Maybe I need to find another bank with tellers who understand customer service! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Couldn't be more dissatisfied. I had a business account that had very little activity because the business was a very small side project. At first there were no fees associated with the business account except a $2.00/mo debit card fee, which is why I chose this account type to begin with. In early 2017 I was called by the bank and asked if I wanted to discontinue the debit card to save the $2.00 fee since there was no activity. I agreed and cancelled the card, keeping the account open, and thought there would be no account fees going forward. I also appreciated the bank reaching out to me at the time to give me this option. After buying and completely renovating a house from approx May 2017 to late 2018 there was no business activity in the account during that time. I pulled 2018 statements for tax purposes last week and noticed the bank changed the account rules and started charging $22/mo in fees starting in May 2018 from the account. This caused my balance to drop from $462 in May 2018 to less than $200 today (again, small account for a very small side business). I explained my situation twice, once on the phone and another time in person with the branch manager Eddy Campbell and asked that all fees be refunded because I wasn't aware the account was being depleted by the bank. The bank claims there wasn't much they could do because they communicated the change, which I don't recall ever receiving, and that it's my responsibility to check my statements regularly. My response was that I hadn't accessed or used the account ONCE in several months, turned off the debit card, and was busy with MUCH more important priorities at the time. No one in their right mind would KNOWINGLY let $22/month bleed from an account they weren't even using at the time. They generously (extreme sarcasm on my part) offered a few months worth of refunds but I asked for all. They refused so I closed the account today and asked that I be completely deleted from their system. With over 17 years of banking experience myself, I know it's up to the branch manager to decide how much to refund in situations like this. They love to hide behind "policies" and "communications the bank made" to keep from refunding more than they want. As far as I'm concerned First Bank stole $262 from our account and refused to return it. Congratulations First Bank. You won the battle. But in doing so you lost the war. If we ever pick this small business back up and grow it you will never see a dime of revenue from it.
