So I have received a 'valid' check that my long timeBank refused to cash for about as no sense ofReason and I was beyond stressed !Walked by with friend trying to figure out what toDo young man named Jonathan H turns and saysHello very politely ask us how were doing and I goLike a child and spill all my stress out and tellHim all about my problem.He listened to me so politely and said let's haveYou open account with us there has to be someHelp we can give you and I nearly teared up.He went up to his boss explaining situation andWithin 15 minutes my check was cashed verifiedAccount and debit card in my hand I was left withProfound sense of hope in a world and people inIt.This young man is incredible human beingProfessional to fault and with sense of theCompassion and Decency I have not seenIn long time ... I sincerely hope to see him oneDay as CEO of the company and with all theAccolades and recognitions he deserves.

So disappointed so disappointed with the bank I have been a customer for three years and they decided they were not going to refund me my overdraft fees with. It really bothers me truly a lot knowing I’ve been I’ve been I’ve been a customer for 3 1/2 years Wells Fargo and Bank of America would actually do that. Argue with me the lady started arguing with me. The lady said to argue with me with us about about about the overdraft is well your accounts been overdrafted five day after 12 days and you got the overdraft fee, so why do you expect to argue with me the whole time, and she’s even going to the Americans with Alex. He was born to top it off.

I got Viviana who was extremely rude. I came here 2-3 weeks ago ordering a new card and it never arrived. All employees look so miserable no one looks happy to even be there. I will be closing my account and looking for another bank.

Worst bank. They split my paychecks into 3 payments for no reason. Worst bank DO NOT BANK HERE (SCAM LIKELY) there manager was snarky and absolutely disgusting for again NO REASON. She needs to be fired ! Asap ! Its like everytime i go bank there they all have a stick up there A**. CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME 4 TIMES “accidentally” I WILL BE SWITCHING. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL BANK

Horrible employees. I asked for change they wouldn't give me change for my bill. Though they had just given someone change before me.....they judged me. Was an awful feeling. As if my money I work hard for wasn't good enough for them. Caused a huge inconvenience. Employees were awful and rude

just moved out of state and called their customer service number to change my phone number. I called their C/S and they said they can't do it because I need to send correspondence to their email to protect me from ID theft. They asked me for my DL, SS# and pin # and they still can't assist me. Time to close this inconvenient bank down. Besides their not in the state I moved to

Please tell me how a business owner in desparate need of change on a late Sat afternoon cant hand a bank a $100 bill and get back some quarters and fives because they dont have an account with this place!! That happened to us today at this horrible customer service bank!! I wouldnt use a bank that treats business owners this way if they paid me which we all know its about fees not interest these days! Im so disappointed in this place! Of all places that should be able to distinguish between fakes and real money, its a bank. So what other reason would an FDIC institution have for not breaking a $100 bill for a business owner? If my employees treated people like I was treated here, that employee would not work for me any longer! Accounts with a bank shouldnt mean the difference between helping someone out and not helping! The last time I checked, my Fed Res Notes were the same ones they were handing out! If it was low funds, then say that, but thats not something the FDIC wants to hear either, is it?
