Just switched to this bank and made sure to select no overdraft so I can’t get charged. I recently lost my job due to COVID-19 and can’t afford ANY extra charges. Checked my account today and its -$28.46 when i got to the bank to ask why she said when i used my card via phone it must’ve tried to pull from this card first and the money wasn’t available so it declined and then the bank charged me a $35 fee even though they didn’t pay the initial charge. How is it even legal to charge me for something you didn’t even pay for?? I feel like i was robbed of $40. Tried to explain my situation and got no help just attitude and excuses. Don’t waste your time here?

This seems to be the only bank around that, if someone removes their money, has to pay a penalty for it! This is unheard of in banks in general, a gouging way of taking others money. NOT RECOMMENDED and certainly not one of convenience.

Worthless bank FDIC insured part of America banking system but will not break a $20.00 bill unless your a customer with them. Wanted to give a homeless person in need some dollars but since this heartless company will not provide change I couldn’t help. Lucky there was a dollar store near by who made change without a purchase. Don’t bank here!!!

I tried too open a business account on January 15 -2021 and have yet to get it open the branch dropped the contract many times.I called the 1800 number and they have no clue as to what the branch does such a disconnect.The manger Cera is the worse was told she would call me and never heard from her when I went in two weeks later she was standing outside the store relaxing taking to her employees,when I approached her and said hello she knew who I was and passed me off to her employee,then was told it would take 24 hours and Cera would call me after her 11 o clock meeting,well guess what she did not call some leader,instead I get the girl that opened my account say I called you she agreed with me and then tells me it's going to take some time and I was like in was told 24 hours how long she was like not sure thank you.This place is a joke and will be closing both of my personal accounts and taking my business account as well. Accidents happen in life the issue I have is zero accountability zero sorrys and a lack of helping.Stay far away.

This bank is HORRIBLE.Regular staff is very nice I like all of them sweet people.First off the app is a joke it's constantly malfunctioning.More importantly if you ever have an issue with an overdraft charge or something like it they aren't reasonable at all. I proved on one occasion the overdraft wasn't my fault and on the 2nd I made a simple mistake but they still jacked me for $68 and even after the time and effort to explain what happened they would not refund the fees as a courtesy.Bank with someone that's at least reasonable. If they treat customers like this on the small stuff imagine if you have a bigger issue they will screw you.They are losing my business DO NOT give them yours.
