The teller tyler is great every time i go in walmart he always greats me asks me how I'm doing. I think he deserves a raise because he's friendly and kind.

The branch has great customer service...I was able to get money sent to me using zelle, the phone tech support couldn't or wouldn't help, branch agent walked me through it, as usual , the branch employees doing the bulk of the work!

Rate is not for this location but for the online customer service if you can call it customer service. Website is always down, they charge you NSF fees every 2 days $34 if you try to dispute a charge after talking to the merchant you show them proof you talk to the merchant they still won't refund you

You guys need to fix the way you allow people to receive money from 3rd party’s!!!! If it’s after 5 or a ST*PID HOLIDAY… WE DONT RECOURSE MONEY TILL THE NEXT DAY!!!! That is beyond unconvinced!!! It’s not your choice to withhold OUR MONEY!!!! Emergencies happen after 5 HELLO!!! Fix this!!!!

I've been with this Bank for a very long time and have not had any issues until recently. I was living in a house that my uncle owned and he decided to sell it. He wrote me a check for some of the money to help me out. I took the check to his bank and cashed it. Then I took that money and deposited it into my account. Shortly after that there was holds placed on my card and I had to call the bank repeatedly. And then I got a letter in the mail saying that they were going to close my account. I had gone in multiple times to try to figure out what was going on. They wanted proof of how I got the money. I told them how even though I thought it was none of their business. And then they still ended up closing my account after I gave them a receipt from the bank where I cashed it. I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied. I still don't know if I'm going to switch Banks or not because now they want me to come in and get a new bank card and redo my online banking app because they decided that after everything they were going to keep my account open. But I do not think that it is worth the hassle. There was no phone call to ask me questions they just did this without warning. I still don't know if I should just take the rest of my money out and go find a different and better bank or not. This is stupid.

The manager is completely rude and always moody and very unprofessional he has no clue what customerservice is. I've been banking here for about 7 years or more. And today upon trying to cash a check he talked to me very rudely I've never felt more belittled. He also talked very rudely to the employee that was helping me I wouldnt be surprised if she quits. Thinking about closing my accounts.

And today upon trying to cash a check he talked to me very rudely I've never felt more belittled. He also talked very rudely to the employee that was helping me I wouldnt be surprised if she quits. Thinking about closing my accounts.

From all the banks I’ve been to this is the only one that I couldn’t pull money from without supposedly having an account with them smh. Every other bank just charge a fee and still help you

I’ve had this account for about 4 years now and no major complaints. In person and on the phones they get attitude sometimes, but you gotta rise above and be nice enough AND smart enough to make them hear you out. Once they figure out how intelligent you are, they’re all sugar honey ice tea. They’ve never been able to pull one over on me and they never will. Also, Eric went gone above and beyond when I first started banking here, not so much anymore, but I appreciate the help for the time being. This bank isn’t the best, but it’s an okay starter bank.

avoid this bank at all costs everything you do with this bank is difficult even getting through to a customer service Representatives it'll say 10 minutes and you'll be on there for over 30 to 40 minutes

It's an Aight' bank to deal with. I opened an account about 4 months ago more or less. I've had no major issues only thing is the CS ain't the best.
