It is quite unfortunate that I must leave this review as I have tried working with the staff and even calling the corporate manager and giving feedback on ways to help this location be more customers ready. Once again, I waited in line for almost 20 minutes just to do a deposit, not one employee acknowledging me. When seeing a customer, you should always let them know that you will be right with them, have a time limit for how long you will have customers wait in line. This is a good system as more people would probably open up a business account because of the convenience and fast response. I have a business, but because I manly do cash deposit, I would not open one here because they do not have a system set up for just deposit I. I hope you guys can get this resolved as this location is closer to my house, but I will travel for good service.
