Horrible service. I left my car there overnight and when I called to see the status they told me it would be ready at 3 to 4. I came back at 415 and they never had touched it. I had to wait there for 2 hours until they finished. As soon as I left I got home and there were two huge piles of fluid under my car.

Scheduled a wheel alignment appointment for Nov 19 11am a few days before, got a confirmation email of the appointment the day before at 4:25pm.Drove to the store 15 min prior to my scheduled appointment only to realize that they shut the store down claiming “staff shortage”. I understand that unexpected things can happen but the store manager had the entire morning to call the customers already on their schedule and could have let them know that their appointments are cancelled. But instead they had me drive all the way there only to see a piece of paper taped on the door saying that they’re closed today.Luckily the other Firestone location at Bell & 35th Ave was able to get me in same day, and they even completed the service 30 min before their estimated time. I feel like my time is respected there; and since this store is only 10 min away from the unreliable one, I’d recommend people whose time is valuable go to them instead.

I don't know where the 1-star reviews are coming from for this place but the staff is super friendly. I had a flat but purchased the warranty for it. They threw the spare on and will get the replacement ordered. Simple and quick, good guys at this store and that's why I immediately called this one when I heard it was flat.

Went in to see about changing out the spark plugs in my car, a 4 cylinder. Was quoted $425.00 out the door. Needless to say I walked out, not my fault that COVID shut so many businesses down. The consumer shouldn't have to make up for their losses. Ended up buying the plugs, $36.00, and did it with a friend who had the tools. Paid him $50.00 for his time. I'd have given them zero stars but that wasn't an option.

(I am not receiving any benefits from this review) I cannot give more kudos that I do to Eddie and the team at this location... They treated me well, quickly, and even my overall bill was way more reasonable than any quite I had received elsewhere. Is a work in progress and when I needed follow up, they were quick to help. I will seek their services again shld I have need. Thanks Firestone team at 7th and union hills!

I paid for an alignment and waited all day to receive my car back. When I did, I noticed that the alignment was still off. I never received a printout from them so I called to let them know what was going on. I was told to go back and have them take a look at it. I couldn't make it to the original location so I took it to a different location. I left and the steering was worse.I looked at my printout and noticed that nothing was changed and that my passenger front side was still in red. When I called and asked what was going on, I was told that they cannot adjust cambers (I contacted the KIA dealership and was told this wasn't true, any shop should be able to). I said nothing was adjusted. I was told to go to the original store and request a refund. I called the store and spoke to the manager Chris who was rude. I asked why didn't they tell me this when I first received service and why didn't they provide me with a printout. He became upset and asked me what I wanted him to do and I said give me my money back. I don't want to pay for something I didn't receive. He got angry and told me to pick up my money and never go back again. You don't have to worry. Next time do your job and I wouldn't need a refund.Service: Wheel alignment

Apollo and Billy are the sweetest! They helped me get my engine splash shield taken care of and squared away! I loved the vibe there, and everyone is super nice!! I had originally brought my vehicle in to get my brakes inspected, I later ended up getting my brakes and rotors replaced. When I made the first appointment I had mentioned that the brakes needed to be bled out. Your crew failed to listen to my request. When my car was finished they decided to call me 5 mins before closing to come get my vehicle and wouldn't stay open for another 20 mins for me. So I had to pick it up the next day. I found unfair because they were closing a hour early and never told me . A week later I brought my car back because the brakes kept screeching so they replaced the brake pads again. Literally 2 days later I almost get into a car accident with MY CHILDREN in the car because once again your team DID NOT listen to my request on bleeding my brakes and I had basically no pressure on my brakes and I had a awful burning smell. So I unfortunately and very frustrated AND upset that I had to bring my car back. I spent $975 on brakes and rotors for my vehicle just to be ignored of my request, almost endangering my children by crashing into another vehicle, let alone MY BRAKES STILL SCREECH just to be told " I can't figure out why your brakes screech" not even offering to dig deeper into the problem. I want my money back. And the fact that I have called the support line about this. I have a case number and I have been waiting over a week for your "district manager " to call me is RIDICULOUS.

Chris was an absolute rock star!!!! He helped me so much with my truck and really took the time to explain everything to me in great detail! I asked him so many questions and he never made me feel like I was annoying him. Give that man a bonus!!!
