Great location next to I-17 & Bethany Home Rd. Two lane entries with auto-pay express entry are available.Good monthly prices.I Really, Would like if they would get the undercarriage cleaning ability installed soon.They do provide moist naps and disposal bags for interior cleaning as we as free shammys at the free vacuuming stations!Yes! I Recommend Them!Sometimes, I go 2-3 times a week!I still only pay $11.00 once a month for all the Awesome Benefits!Thank You, Firebird staff, who make it a Great visit every time!Stay Awesome Y'all!

It's not firebird anymore but I will say this: for a young staff in the most awfully infected city that I have visited, their a nice team as far as I can tell.

Terrible customer service, they are still charging my card after I explicitly cancelled my car wash subscription. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I expect to receive a refund for the last 6 months worth of payments since that’s how long ago I cancelled my subscription. Be careful this is a shady outfit.

Don't do business with this company. We have been trying to cancel an Express Pass service for over a month using the customer service number Firebird includes on bank/credit card statements. Turns out that number is for COBBLESTONE, not Firebird. If you try calling the number listed online, the phone is "answered", but there is no one on the other end. Consumer Fraud!!

This car wash will automatically enroll you in recurring payments. I immediately cancelled this subscription the day I was there, but a month later I still got a $20 recurring payment charge. They do not have a working phone number and I live in a different state. Go to a car wash with better business practices.

Was here cleaning my car for a couple hours after a road trip and the manager Bray was on top of his employees ensuring that the whole facility was clean, all vacuum hoses were clear of hair, and constantly had new towels incoming while removing even a single towel in the bin. Thank you guys for making this an enjoyable experience.
