Do not come here, worst selection and the woman working there was the nastiest retail employee I have ever encountered.
Have spent about $350 at finishlines in the last couple of months. Will never spend a dollar there ever again after being treated that way by a bidder middle aged female employee.

The ground level seems to be a huge men's department, but I didn't stay there, just passed through on my way to the second floor women's department. I was on the hunt for a pair of jeans and found the perfect pair for four bucks! Score! It was my lucky day. Only one pair on the sales rack and as luck would have it, my size. Yes, this must have been the mother of all sales.

Macy's and their employees are idiots. I ordered products online for pickup. These are surprise Christmas presents. Macy's decided, without my knowledge, to ship a free cosmetic product to my home address. Way to mess up a Christmas surprise. My wife knows I do not use Origins products. This is the reason their financials are in the dump, stock price down and they are closing stores. Complete incompetence.

My girlfriend and I had a pretty frustrating experience in the furniture department. We were tried out different couches finding one we liked and asked the saleswoman to give us a quote. She then preceded to talk and gossip with her coworker for the next 5-10 minutes with no explanation as what was taking so long. Frankly at this point we had no desire to sit around and wait any longer so we left.

5-STAR FURNITURE-BUYING EXPERIENCE I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Macy's Furniture in Phoenix, Arizona, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the unwavering assistance I received from their remarkable employee, Anna. If there were more than 5 stars available to rate her, I would gladly give them! Anna is dedicated to helping customers find the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs. She is attentive, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Anna didn't just want to make a sale; she was genuinely focused on making sure I left the store with furniture that I would be thrilled with for years to come. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I initially ordered my dream sofa on Macy's website and scheduled the delivery for several months out since I recently moved to a different state. To my disappointment, Macy's canceled my order the day before delivery, without any notice. This was extremely frustrating. This is where Anna came in... she worked tirelessly to find my dream sofa and was able to locate it after a week of searching (despite it being discontinued). She reserved it and re-ordered it for me for the same price I initially paid... and she was sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. Thanks to Anna's expertise and commitment to customer service, I am now the highly satisfied owner of a beautiful new sofa that I have looked forward to owning for over a year. If you're looking for new furniture in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend visiting Macy's Furniture and asking for Anna. She is a gem among retail professionals, and her commitment to excellence is truly commendable. Worst customer service in history for Macy's American Express Card. If a zero star was available I'd have given them that. First, I paid off my balance in full. With my next invoice it said I owed $2.00. I wanted to know how I owed anything since I paid off the account in full since the interest rate on an unpaid balance is astronomical. Plus I had someone suggest this might be a random charge in order to keep the account active and possibly charge a late fee. In any case I wanted to get it explained, paid or taken off.I called the number on the card and invoice and got an automated response that couldn't find my account although the bill and card were in my hand. I repeatedly asked to speak to a real person and kept getting nowhere except more questions from the robot. After two or three rounds of this I decided to call American Express. After waiting for an actual person for several minutes I got someone who asked for my account number. I gave it to him and the line went dead. I called back, waited even longer, got a real person again and told her that this was a Macy's American Express Card. She said American Express doesn't handle Macy's American Express Cards and she told me to call the number on the card I'd already called several times and gotten nowhere.So I called the Macy's general customer service number. After a long wait I got a person who said I would have to talk to someone in billing after she got some information from me. All during her call there were loud voices in the background making it hard to understand her. Then she asked if I could go somewhere where there wasn't so much noise. I told her I was alone in a quiet room and the noise was coming from her end. After more noise and more yelling to be heard she said that, indeed, the noise was a problem on her end and that she'd call me back when they cleared it up. I'm still waiting.

Young Girl in jewerly (8:00 pm) no regard for customers, totally ignored me, never smiled during transaction; looks like she doesn't wanna be there. Left feeling terrible. Bad service.

I don't understand why the shoes and socks aren't all in one place? I bought new socks and the guy helped me find them real quick.Bought some perfume for a girl too. The perfume counter girls and gay guy were real real nice and helpful but it could also be because I'm a silver fox again and they don't even call me gramps at the bar anymore. I don't know if they're that nice to everybody.

Macys is trying. The store is very clean and it's a beautiful store in a great and expensive location. We love walking in here and how nice it is. The elevator is so tiny. They added toys r us upstairs. They seem like a miniature mall inside of a department store. I think I get why they call it department stores. Lightbulb. We come in and buy a pair of shoes, or shirt in support because even though these big businesses have failed to adapt; we appreciate the local effort in how beautiful they keep the place and staff who still bring us the back in the day glamour. I remember Macy's glamour back in the day and now in the current day these department stores have always been overpriced (best sales of course) but these businesses never gave customers a reason to be loyal. Amazon has played well to our laziness and entitlements. I give four stars because the store is so beautiful and the bathrooms are always clean.

I didn't think someone who was supposed to help my partner and I find clothes for a wedding was capable of making me feel so bad but I suppose you learn something new everyday. I sent my boyfriend in to get a new shirt and tie to match me for a wedding we were attending. I was at work and couldn't come with but he put me on video chat so I could share my opinion. During this call I let him know I didn't think he should wear white to the wedding.. duh. The sales associate had the audacity to say "well actually I disagree with her" . She then went on to say that she "hates when people match and that we don't need to." She also questioned him why I wasn't there since I know exactly what I want him to wear. Which again, SO RUDE. After all the nasty comments I told him I should have sent him to Saks, she overheard and told us I would need to make another paycheck before I could ever afford to go over there. I'm so appalled I can't even begin to come to terms with the fact someone made me and my partner feel so uncomfortable.

Service was ok. The pleasantries from the employee were ok. The layout is messy by the shoes, jewelry & women's fashion departments. I'll stick with Chandler's Fashion Mall location if I need to go inside a Macys.
