I called and called and called for days and no one answered so I couldnt make a reservation. Couldnt make a reservation online cause it says everywhere contact property for availability. So weird

Is no longer a hotel or Sure stay....is now ran by private community sector which doesn't take walk ons.

never ever do business with this hotel it is full of bed bugs. and management is fully aware.

Been calling the number to reach a recording stating if you know your parties extension enter it now. For Front Desk & Reservations press 0. Then, it rings & rings till it disconnects. Please change your phone message. Been dialing you & motel next to you to no avail.

This is a motel and not a hotel which is very misleading and it is not worth the price. Service was fine and the I thought the room was clean but I ended up getting bed bugs. Bites all over my arms. Would not stay here again.

unhelpful horrible service and robbed of $200 because my flight was canceled and i had to cancel my reservation. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I have had many other hotels in my life let me cancel the same day that I booked a reservation this is fucking ridiculous

Well I'm staying there cuz it's a waiting place for ppl getting into new housing. CBI operates it. They have gone above and beyond any expectations I had. Connecting me with affordable housing and having me stay here while I wait for my apartment to be inspected. The staff here and at CBI are the best at being professional and helping those less fortunate. They saved my life. I love them all.

They were very nice and the ground keeper deb was sweet and the managers were very cool but some security need to do better jobs... Need more insect spray

Very friendly, clean rooms, love this place. New rooms love the wood floors the best place to stay. I would recommend to anyone. Feel very safe there ☺️❤️
