I called ahead and spoke to someone on the phone about a specific part. I even asked them to google what it looked like and they assured me they had a few options in stock. So I drive 30 minutes to the store, only for them to tell me they don't stock anything like that. Quite frustrating.

If you have plumbing needs come here talk with Ernie. Ernie was phenomenal! I went for an inspection on my mobile refreshment with Maricopa. I didn't pass for two reasons one of which was the way it was manufactured and needed modified, the other a leak. I pulled my trailer up to the store and Ernie made my issue his own and ran around the store to build out what I needed! Thank you. Outstanding customer service.

Of the two professional plumbing supply companies in this immediate area, this is the store that has the helpful and friendly employees that will take a minute and help you figure things out and hopefully try to save you a little bit of money. The other place nearby is full of no men, they just try to sell you expensive fixes. Always go to Ferguson.

To make a long story short, I ordered a part through Ferguson through phone call. A part from my water heater broke. I needed a replacement. I went ahead and ordered the part, but received the wrong part. I came to this location to return the item and hopefully be able to get the correct part for my water heater. Ernie, one of the representatives calls me several days later, to notify me that the part had arrived, but there might be a small problem. I came to find out that it was the same part as before, so Ernie went out of his way and contacted the manufacture, who brought it the same day, and I was able to pick up the correct part for my water heater. After I installed the part to my surprise, a couple days later Ernie called me to make sure it was the correct part and everything was back to normal with my water heater. It was back to fully functioning and thank him once again for going the extra mile to resolve my issue. Thanks again Ernie and thanks for treating me as not a customer but a family member.

I agree with George. I went in today with information about a simple flush handle that i needed. The old man that supposedly help me was in a rush. Didn't even bother to " EVEN TRY AND HELP". After I explained to him what was needed. His solution and quick response was to point in a direction behind me and said. You can find what you need over there. Nice job buddy. Just a waste of time, and saliva . I guess that's what society has comes. No customer service skills what so ever. You would expect that type of behavior from some of today's youth. But not from an elderly person. I would rate a -5 but it's not available. Never returning here again.

DO NOT EVER shop at Ferguson Plumbing on Indian School Rd, if you are a consumer. At the Indian School location, I was given the complete runaround, and they waited on FOUR MEN ahead of me while I waited. Even getting to the counter brought zero results. They were going to "call me" this morning, but didn't even ask for my phone number. I can't really explain how dreadful this location is. UPDATE: THANKS TO Dahlia Garcia, who stayed on the line with me until I reached Jane Clark, who handled my refund! And Devon Clark, who actually called me back to make sure I had been helped.

The employees didn't really seem interested in my business. I went in three times to gather info to be able to special order a sink. The third time I was ready to order the sink, and the guy told me it was too late, but I'll call you tomorrow. He never called me back. I'm so glad they are thriving to the point that they can dismiss my business. Congratulations!

We got top notch service! We came in to get a part to fix our water softener and while they didn't have it they called around a found someone who did and made sure we got the correct part. They went over and above my expectations. Ernie was amazing! Thank you for great service!
