Drove 30 minutes after being told over the phone a mini split line set was in stock and the price over the phone. Show up and it's over double the price and not in stock. Not to mention when I ask your front desk guy "hey what's this price change about"? His response is "my price is the price, you want it or not?" Not with that attitude buddy. I'll take my business to Amazon.

Drove 25 mins for a capacitor just to be told it won't be sold to me because I'm not part of the A/C theft clan. In other words they don't sell to the public or handy man just trying to get by. Avoid this place and order it online. Worth the wait than to go see a miserable old man working his 9 to 5 waiting to clock out. Hope they pay him enough.

Reposting from another review since it was literally the same experience: “Walked to the counter to purchase some capacitors (as I have done several times in the past) and was TOLD, not asked, that I needed a “HVAC license” to purchase… I didn’t waste my time arguing with the smooth brain; instead I bought the capacitors from a competitor and learned a shareable lesson: shop elsewhere as you’re not dealing with the brightest here”

Checked in at 730 for 8am appt. didn't start unloading until 830. Overall not to bad of an experience.
