I had to FedEx some important documents back to Tennessee on 2 occasions, recently. Both times, Derek helped me. He was very efficient and professional. I left, knowing the documents would reach their destination. He suggested I set up a FedEx account and explained how it would work. I took his advice.

I was having a stressful day and when I walked into this location everyone was kind. Mia helped me and she has a nice calming demeanor. It really helps when people can see that you may be stressed. Their employees are kind and accommodating. Thanks Mia.
