Poor parking for customers, most spots were full, and I got there 10 minutes before it opened. Then, the counter staff seemed bummed to be there. No personalities, welcome ins, or nothing.

Great customer service. Fast, friendly and efficient.. the way it should be. Definitely beats going to the post office!
