I've had the worst experience possible at this FedEx. I had a package filled with all of my confidential and sensitive information that need to be sent to a government agency in Tempe, AZ (15 minutes away). For weeks after sending the tracking number didn't work and they could not tell me anything about where my package was. They were unhelpful in this time, and I had to go back in-person daily to get any kind of response. Now, a month later, they come back to me saying they found the package. This FedEx office had negligently addressed it to a random person in Tennessee who opened and had access to all that information. I'm not unreasonable, we are all humans and mistakes happen, but this mistake has caused a great deal of problems for me ranging from wasting hours of time trying to find this package to my ability to work potentially being compromised by the delay in getting these documents in. FedEx doesn't seem to care about any of this and doesn't want to do anything to set it right. If you are shipping anything important, urgent, or sensitive DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. This has been an abysmal experience made worse by the fact that they literally only had to drive it 15 minutes to Tempe.

So I was trying to get a return label to ship out a package, and we were having trouble retrieving the label. The guy helping me asked for my phone so he could look at the email to retrieve my label. My phone was going off because of the notification from the emails. This other lady was very rude and told me to turn my phone volume down! First off, it wasn't hurting anybody, and it's not a library. Secondly, the employee that was helping me had my phone, so even if I wanted to turn my phone down, I couldn't because I was ready for this it wasn't in my possession at that moment!! The guy helping me was nice, but that lady was very rude and needs to work on interactions!! I will NEVER be back here!

“Print with the experts” means “do it yourself” and register so we can sell your information. Otherwise, it might be doing actual work.

The woman with the dark hair is a covert racist and the customers are snobs as well. I just came from court and need a folder to put my documents in that I need to send in the mail. She acted like I committed a crime by saying I don’t need to send forms off today. I’m waiting on my car to be serviced so I had a timer set on my cellular device and also made 1 business call this woman set by the birthday cards just to watch me and appear busy. She did not help me pick the best envelop for my 10 page file I need to mail either. I’m glad I browsed around because I saw a firmer envelope that was less expensive. ??????

Scooter dropped off at fedexI took it toFedEx office3801 N Central Ave,Phoenix, AZ 85012The same location I took it to last time.This time they said they couldn't take it because it has a battery. And that it was a mistake for them to take it the last time.They told me to take it here:FedEx Ship Center3340 E Thomas Rd,Phoenix, AZ 85018When I arrived at this location, they would not tape the box, so I had to buy a $10 tape and tape it myself.They said it needed special stickers if it had a battery !and I had to take 2 Uber rides with the huge box.

Had a great experience here ordering three 48 inch x 36 inch scientific posters for a conference. I called ahead and fortunately they weren't too busy with printing, so my items were ready ~6 hours after ordering them online. The employee I spoke with was knowledgable and helpful. I ordered plain poster prints (not glossy or matte) with bright colors, and the products were excellent! They were rolled and secured without damage. I also appreciated that they were in appropriately-sized long, thin plastic bags, which helped me carry them around without damaging them.
