Staff were busy talking and when they helped us, they quoted us $286 to ship a box to Canada and said it had to be via air for clothes. Honestly, I don't think they wanted to be interrupted and quoted us something ridiculous. We shipped down the street at UPS for $76 and despite the line up there, it went by quickly and their staff were more helpful.

The staff here works really hard. They are always managing multiple things at once. I've had many items printed by them and all of it turned out great! They are also reasonably priced for printing.

Terrible experience. They refused to give me a receipt for a large computer monitor I was shipping. I had to fight with them for it. They agreed to give me a fake receipt and promised to email me the correct one. They did not. I asked Diana to indicate on the fake receipt what was being shipped but she refused to initial it. I called the next day. They said she was at lunch over a period of me calling for two hours then they said that she wasn't coming back. The assistant manager refused to help a n d said our conversation is over and hung up on me. No one apologized for the lies and fact that they took thousands if dollars worth of equipment and refused to give a tracking number or receipt to prove I shipped it.

Less than one star...make sure they show you ALL the shipping packages they have, so you don't have problems...I asked for my documentation package to be sent express and before 3 pm, the girl DIANA assured me it would be, but when I see the tracking on the official Fedex website, I realize it is not like that, it will arrive before 9 pm.... IT IS UNFAIR that the employees do not do their job well, I had to go again to the store to demand that they change that and the only thing they did was to talk on the phone, so I had to call 01-800 and talk to 10 agents so they could fix the problem, it is not fair, I told Diana that those documents were UNREPEALABLE. Now I am waiting for my package to actually be delivered before 3 pm. DO NOT GO THERE.

Drivers are lazy and mark things as undeliverable because they didn't want to walk around the complex to find the apt.The manager did fix the issue and the driver circled back, but not after I had to go down there and be angry about it.

Literally bring your own office supplies like scissors, tape, pens, markers. I asked to use their scissors really quick to cut some labels, they directed me to the table cutter. Literally a 6ft wide cutter to cut a 3” label. Then they have the nerve to sell me a pair of scissors for $20!!! So much for “Purple Promise”.

I would give zero stars if I could...I dropped by to get 2 pages printed from a pdf on my email. They told me it would cost me an extra $2.50 if they printed it out for me. What ever happened to good customer service without having to pay for it ??I'm surprised they didn't want a tip too...That's pathetic. I went to the UPS store. They took care of me with no extra chsrges.

In good faith I cannot give this place one star. However every time I've gone in there I've been met by Rudy, who is rude condescending and pretentious. He is the epitome well you're wrong and I'm right. His attitude towards customers is downright disgusting and I have even asked multiple times to not be helped by him. For him to just force people to switch with him because he can do the job better. I will no longer visit this store because he is an absolute piece of trash.On the other hand Saul is great, he is a hard worker always friendly and patient. I dropped off a large package (weighed about 40lbs). FedEx packed and shipped it for me. I checked a few days later after the package was supposed to arrive, and the tracking said delayed. The last scan of the package was somewhere in Phoenix. I had to call customer service several times. They kept telling me an agent would call me back with more information. No one did. I called again, spoke with someone, and they told me the "package is probably lost, and to file a claim". So I did. Again, crickets. No phone call from anyone. I called again, finally got in touch with someone at the claims department. They approved the claim, and are paying me for what I put down as the value of the package when I shipped it. Great. However, it was materials for a product we make, for our business, and will ultimately loose thousands of dollars from. They did absolutely nothing to try and find the package! When I asked, what they did - the lady just kept repeating the same phrase "we accepted your claim and will be sending you a check". I kept saying, I understand you're sending me a check, but what did you guys do to try and find the package? She wouldn't answer the questions. Here's what I've learned from this experience. 1) if you ship with fedex, specifically for your business, put down not only the value of the goods your shipping, BUT the total value of what you'll loose if that package disappears. It's worth the extra cost. 2) If the package does get lost, they will do NOTHING to find it. There is zero accountability, and they don't care 3) No one at the branch or any of the branches can do anything to help you. You have to call in, and talk with a customer service agent overseas. Who again, will do nothing. I've had better and more helpful customer support from USPS and will never ship FedEx again.
