I called in to send a resume before a job interview to have a few copies printed. It was all black and white except for 3 words in blue 9pt font as headers. They said no problem. It will be $7. I show up to pick them up on my way to a job interview. Rings me up and tells me that it's $38 sorry, it's just our system. I didn't have time to do anything about it and he wasn't going to fix it. $30+ for something you were told on the phone would be $7 after explaining exactly what you were having printed. That is absolutely ridiculous for 10 pieces of paper. Didn't call me or contact me in anyway except to say my prints were ready. Do better. If anyone working here reads this and want to remedy this send me $30 back. That is an obnoxious way to handle your business.

We were able to do two things while visiting FedEx. First we dropped off a friend who was staying at the JW Marriott. Second, a FedEx store is located in the hotel and we had a medical device to return. The staff were super nice and efficient. She instantly recognized the sending address. She prepared additional paperwork for the package. I asked for a receipt which she was happy to give me. Very professional staff. Shared outdoor parking and WiFi.

Hands down one of the best experiences with a FedEx Office location. I spoke/worked with Jeremy and Lauren and both were VERY helpful! Made shipping a very easy process and I can't thank them enough. Great experience!

I shipped a very important package to my son in California. The package was lost, it took FedEx 2 weeks to realize it was lost. Then they blamed Office Max, Office Max is just the drop-off center. FedEx is the worst company for shipping, always use UPS or USPS.

Bad experience. I dropped off two boxes Thursday around noon and designated overnight. They said they were busy and would get them out.

This has been the friendliest and most helpful Fedex store that I have ever been to ! The store manager, Brian Trudeau, was kind, understanding, and efficient ! I could tell right away that he truly valued me as a customer and had great respect for his job and the store that he runs. I know that if I would ever need anything, he and his staff would be able to help me in any possible way that they could ! Thank you !!!
