Rudy is a treasure! He referred me to the Canva option available for print jobs. I returned home to take advantage of that function but returned for assistance in placing the order. Rudy was the MOST patient & helpful human -- he literally made my day and I will for sure be using this magic again. I dropped off a large package (weighed about 40lbs). FedEx packed and shipped it for me. I checked a few days later after the package was supposed to arrive, and the tracking said delayed. The last scan of the package was somewhere in Phoenix. I had to call customer service several times. They kept telling me an agent would call me back with more information. No one did. I called again, spoke with someone, and they told me the "package is probably lost, and to file a claim". So I did. Again, crickets. No phone call from anyone. I called again, finally got in touch with someone at the claims department. They approved the claim, and are paying me for what I put down as the value of the package when I shipped it. Great. However, it was materials for a product we make, for our business, and will ultimately loose thousands of dollars from. They did absolutely nothing to try and find the package! When I asked, what they did - the lady just kept repeating the same phrase "we accepted your claim and will be sending you a check". I kept saying, I understand you're sending me a check, but what did you guys do to try and find the package? She wouldn't answer the questions. Here's what I've learned from this experience. 1) if you ship with fedex, specifically for your business, put down not only the value of the goods your shipping, BUT the total value of what you'll loose if that package disappears. It's worth the extra cost. 2) If the package does get lost, they will do NOTHING to find it. There is zero accountability, and they don't care 3) No one at the branch or any of the branches can do anything to help you. You have to call in, and talk with a customer service agent overseas. Who again, will do nothing. I've had better and more helpful customer support from USPS and will never ship FedEx again.

I've been to FedEx before to multiple locations across the country and never had any issues printing documents. This time the interface kept freezing and really taking up time I didn't have to spare. I asked one of their employees - Allison - for help and she was able to print them from her console with ease and got me out of there in a jiffy! However the reason they're getting 5 stars is because Allison wasn't just helpful but went out of her way to do so. She could've stopped at any moment and I wouldn't have noticed, but instead she took charge and got it all done! Thank you!!

This location has nothing but lazy people "working" here.Typically they are fast and friendly but this one lacks the intelligence to be fast and efficient.Went to print out a shipping label and the Hispanic woman came out with a whole piece of paper from corner to corner with the label, she smirked and told me that it's colored and 2 dollars. I told her that it was a shipping label and it needed to be scanned and in a smaller dimension, so she sent me to the floor to do it manually and scan the paper and downscale it to a smaller size, when in fact I would just sent the email to them directly and just pay. They just want to be cute. Huuuuuuh........no

Alma and Brenda really made my day. After going to UPS, and USPS I became less than optimistic about shipping carriers and their overall service. My experience at FedEx was an absolute treat in comparison. Quick, polite, and professional. Thank you.
