Definitely not for handicapped. Getting up in the driveway is like climbing a mountain. Getting from the parking lot to inside the building, you must climb stairs. I had to leave my scooter in the parking lot. My legs and knees are bad so it was hard.

Place is clean, staff is friendly, they have additional stuff in case you left something behind, and they are efficient. I was only there for a matter of maybe 5 minutes so definitely come to the site if you need to use FedEx.
