Medical assistant is always friendly. Doctor is thorough and takes the time to review the exam results with me. I appreciate that his explanations are technical and he does not “dumb it down”. No high pressure sales to buy frames but they do have a good selection.

Doctor Paul was awesome, the front staff that were there however, not so much.... two guys sitting on their phones not greeting anyone and one chewing gum kind of like an animal mouth wide open... the one lady who helped me was very nice however extremely not ready to be on her own. She didn't know that I had already filled out the paperwork before hand and there was a mark next to my name saying so... then she tried to charge my for my contacts without applying my insurance and had no idea how to apply my insurance... finally after about 10-15 minutes one of the guys on their phones came over when she asked for help.

Dr. Paul is the best eye doctor around and my family and i have used him for years. I always appreciate his professionalism, and superior capabilities. The staff up front was welcoming and friendly. It’s always a good experience there all the way around.

My 8 year old came after her teacher told us she might need glasses. Dr. Paul confirmed she did and we easily picked out a purple frame and they were back quicker than expected. Maybe a month later, my very active daughter decided glasses were hard and she wanted to try contacts. Our first contact trial, she was crying because she was scared and the staff were incredibly patient. Our second contact trial, she did better but was still not quite able to get them in and we decided to stop after 30 min because her eyes were irritated. Finally on our third contact trial, she was able to get them in! The staff was so incredibly patient and helpful and it was great to see my daughter so excited!

the staff and Dr Rachel are pleasant to work with. The eye exam was thorough and didnt' take too long to complete. The biggest surprise was the bill for frame and lenses, perhaps I should have asked prices before setting my heart on the frames I really wanted.

Compared to past experiences with eye exams, I was nervous about how the doctor was going to treat me. She was very patient and informative with me. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

My exam took about 10 minutes. Want to guess how long I waited? Over an hour. My appointment was at 3:20 and I was taken back around 4:30. This is horrendous customer service. You either need to reduce your schedule or hire more optometrists. There were several people waiting after me, who I assume are also having to wait over an hour for their appointments. I have been coming here for awhile, but will no longe be returning.

Dr. Paul is great at explaining the tests, why they are important, what the results mean, and what that means for you. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and happy to tell you about the eye. The way he explains everything makes you interested and eager to learn!

The manager has absolutely no people skills. The cost of my glasses went up 3 times what is was in December of 21 so I will definitely be going somewhere else next year
