I was grabbed vanilla cream puffs and when I opened them in the car all of them had mold and smelled terrible.

Snacks are my kryptonite, the prices for me are great, I enjoy browsing around the store to see what they have from hygiene products to room decor items. This place is on my way to and from work, that it helps me purchase what I am in need of that day, like a microwaveable lunch item, snack for my weekend gaming sessions online. There is no waiting in line, which is a plus, it's melon each time I go in. Always someone at the cashier and someone restocking the shelves.

This store is not only a health hazard with the ceiling caving in but they knowingly are scamming the customers. They put a sign up saying prices haven't been updated but then put out sales prices and don't honor them. They are banking on you not watching when the item is scanned.Buyer beware, the problem isn't just with storage. Family dollar is selling expired bad food too.Won't be going there again and I live in walking distance✌? 67th ave/ Indiana school #11626Don't waste your time or money here with frys on the corner and frys is actually cheaper?⬛?

Super unprofessional, got accused of stealing when I didn’t steal anything and you can see on cameras that I put that product back. Very upset and the fact that the employee followed me outside and didn’t bother to look if the product was put back.

The employees need to get paid better maybe then will they will care about there job because they give zero care about the store the customer service or their job in general maybe it's because they get paid so little they give so little in return

It's disappointing to have to write this review. Myself, my husband and our families have shopped at Family Dollar store #5127 for several years. Until recently. The manager there Mabel is just awful. Before the recent remodel going on, she was berating one of the employees. I witnessed the conversation and the other girl did nothing wrong. Simply asked if that's where the item is supposed to go because she thought they moved them. She continued to threaten disciplinary action for her "attitude," (That did not exist) While my husband and I were checking out, Mabel proceeded to stand with another employee, Annie I heard them call her and defame the other girl after she went to the back. Talking trash and taking personal shots. I asked if that was appropriate and Mabel asked me if I was checked out. I said yes and she told me that I need to go about my day then. It wasn't the first she has talked to me that way. This time though, Mabel added that she was sick of me doing this and if I don't want to mind my own business then I don't need to come back anymore. So myself, my husband and our family have stopped going to that store for the time being. That's about 9-10 people now you have lost as loyal customers. We have never been treated so awfully while going there nor have we ever dealt with someone so nasty and toxic. There is no reason for a manager to treat customers and employees so bad. Until she is dismissed we will not be returning.

So I went there for door locks he didn't have any went to both of them none one of the store worker says they're out of stock so I just went to Walmart you can find anything at Walmart and they're always fully stocked deuces
