As a real estate agent with 18 years of experience in the industry, I wanted to use the work with the best mortgage professional I could find when looking to purchase my own home. Amy came highly recommended after working with my mom to close multiple transactions smoothly and on time. The same was true when it came to our purchase. We had a complicated file that had a lot of moving parts and Amy did an unbelievable job in ensuring that we got together everything needed to close on time. Amy helped increase our credit score by letting us know the exact steps to take to reach the score needed to get a lower rate and payment. She helped navigate the timing of when to lock our loan anticipating rate movement in a volatile interest rate environment and locking in our rate at the perfect time. She was extremely responsive and kept in constant contact, anticipating what the underwriters would need before they asked and making sure we had our file setup in perfect timing. I will be using Amy again on my own future purchases and sending all my clients her way as she is a master of her craft and a pleasure to work with!
