Just an update to this review - no surprise, but there has been no follow up. They asked for our names and phone numbers and dates of service - all of which I provided. It's been almost a month and we've heard nothing more from them. Again, do not go here!! Literally go anywhere else for your vision needs!

We are super please to have had another wonderful experience at eyeglass world on bell and 18th the asst general manager was very kind the optometrist was super personable and funny! They have wonderful customer service!!Thank you so much to the whole team!!

Stopped into Eyeglass World today as I had won some Head Pickleball glasses that I couldn’t change out the lenses. The store manager was awesome and was able to change out the lenses for me. Great service! Thanks! Will definitely be back as the staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

This was the first time I used this eye glass place. I picked out one frame but changed to a different one while completing the process. Long story short. The doctors Was great but the filled the wrong frames and then act as if it was my problem. Another issue they assumed my insurance didn’t have certain coverage and then once they went through entering our information they yelled out wow your insurance covered everything. Work on being more professional and getting customers what you get paid for.

I have never felt so taken care of at a doctor’s office before. Dr. Offoha was so thorough in her exam and took a great deal of time helping us find the best contact lenses for my partners incredibly dry eyes. The entire staff is so welcoming, inviting, and accommodating. It was refreshing to feel heard and cared for. We do not currently have vision insurance and actually felt like we did not pay ENOUGH for the amount of services we received at such a low price!

Just made a phone call to this location right down the street from me asking about how long the wait is to get glasses made. The woman was a complete nutcase and was not friendly or helpful. I had to dig the information out of her. I’m trying to let her know that when I was younger, my mom had to wait a very long time to get glasses done, and that this was my very first time getting glasses I have had a prescription in the past my vision got worse and I just got an eye exam and she asked me will you be eating an eye exam??? And I said no, I have a prescription. At this point I’m just wanting to get off the phone with her because obviously she wasn’t listening to any of what I just said in a very monotone voice. I then said OK… Thank you. Complete disappointed and sad that customer service doesn’t exist over the phone when I am obviously super Duper excited and enthusiastic about getting glasses for the very first time ever so I can finally see straight and not have a headache. Yes if I could give 0 stars I would I am definitely going with a different company

Went to a competitor and was in total disbelief when the cost would’ve been over $370 for glasses with insurance. Brought my prescription to Eyeglass World at 19th/Bell. $160 out the door. Excellent customer service.

I decided to try Eyeglass World for the first time. I had previously gone to Costco but am no longer a member. Location was covered under my Medicare advantage for annual basic eyeglass prescription, glasses and frames. I've worn progressive trifocals for years. I'm not sure who the guy was that took care of me but he was very rude to me, to other customers and to at least 2 employees in front of me. I had the basic testing done then picked out inexpensive frames. He kept looking at his watch and hurrying me along. He got my insurance info and then he said, how do you want to pay the ~400+ balance, I about fell off my chair! I hadn't expected that and had never paid that much, after insurance paid. I had no idea what the return policy was. When I put my glasses on, they were way off kilter. I told him the 'dot' markers must've been put in the wrong place. He just looked at me then bent my glasses (the frame) which made it worse. Then he said I'm going to have to wear them further down in my nose and if I don't then it'll take at least 3 wks until they can fix them (it already took a month for this pair). So I went home with them to see if I could get use to them and the new changed prescription. Nope! And then I was told I had had only 30 days to return (not from when I got the glasses but rather since the purchase) so if I chose to return them I would need to pay for a whole new pair!! That was last year. I didn't wear those glasses. I just now got a new prescription and glasses at another place who told me my vision hadn't changed from the prior one 2 yrs prior to going to Eyeglass world!! So not only was my prescription wrong at eyeglass world but my insurance (which hasn't changed) was covering my complete bill! So I was scammed out of $400+!!! I was told by someone in the business that they've heard similar complaints about the same eyeglass world location. So word of mouth, this location 19th ave and Bell rd in Phoenix AZ sucks.

I couldn’t say enough GREAT things about this store ! However , I have to give all the kuddos to Shawna who was beyond helpful. She kept communication with me everyday , even offered to go above and beyond when Americas Best wasn’t trying to help me. She is honestly such a angel with the assistance she provided me . Just know when you come to this store you have Shawna so you know THINGS will get DONE !

Great customer service from the time I stepped in the office to picking out some updated fun frames. Clean office. Fun personalities from Nathan to the Dr (she is spectacular and detailed), to Shauna who helped me pick out the frames and Chris who also was a second look to make sure all data was correct.Definitely will return. Highly recommend the office. They were able to get me in same day even.

I want to commend everyone at Eyeglass World for the great customer service experience! From my first point of contact by phone with Nathan, to the wonderful provider Dr. Offoha, who did my eye and prescription exam, to the wonderful Shyla who assisted me with getting my eyeglasses, all were absolutely fabulous. I even got my eyeglasses same day as well as a referral to a retina specialist. I would recommend this Eyeglass World to anyone.Thanks!

I'm from out ot town working here in Phoenix. How a accident destroyed My glasses. Got a hold of eyeglass worldAnd the experience I had was phenomenal. Shauna helped me so much. Explained everything to me about best options. It was cheaper with them without insurance. I was going to have to pay more using my. Thank you so much, Shauna. I told my wife about my experience. Now She wants to come up here And get glasses from you.

I had scratches in my lenses and stopped in to send them off for repair. I wasn’t offered anti-glare lenses when I purchased them and asked if the replacement lenses could be antiglare. but The person who helped me today said that, although they can’t add anything that cost money to a replacement order, she would make sure that my new lenses were antiglare. It was a pleasant experience today.

All the staff was very friendly. They eye doc was amazing. She went out of her way for my eye condition. Shyla who helped me with my glasses ? was so nice and helpful. They all made me feel very welcome here and that they cared. Thank you

2 pairs of glasses—which without coatings are $89.95. For two pairs!Extremely nice employees too. They’ve gotten their act together, and the miracle is that they’re ready the same day. Not a week like other affordable glasses stores.Really can’t say enough good things, I needed glasses to drive at night and they made them in an hour and a half, right before theynclosed.The second time I went there I came in only a half-hour before closing so I knew I was too late for same day service. But they were ready the next morning, which was a Saturday.
